I got eaten up by bedbugs

Our room with 1 double bed was tiny, our sons room with 2 beds, larger. unfortunately my son got a bed bug the first night but apparently its an epedemic in SFO, not just at this one hotel, even our taxi driver said that 5 star hotels have them.

The sheets were discussing. They were not changed prior to us staying. It was flakes of poop. Or bed bugs.there are human hair or someone else. It was all over the bed. The sheets were scratchy due to being old . The hotel has six floors with the elevator running down the center. It has a scissor style screen with a solid door on each floor. Everytime someone gets off the elevator you hear a loud crash sound I’m sure wakes everyone up on that floor. My wife and I got zero sleep. I’m t was difficult driving three hours home today . The breakfast needed scrambled eggs and bacon . All these issues are easy fixes . But please. Please change the sheets. That was extremely disgusting. If all these issue are fixed then I would always stay here. Because I loved the room arrangement.

The room was clean but still we have found two bugs (not bed bugs, black bugs in the shower). The breakfast was not so great. There is no Air conditioning, just a ventilator to take out of the wardrobe in case of need.
