Hotel Milano

Ich habe ein Zimmer gehabt, welches erheblich nach Zigarettenrauch roch. Auf die Bitte nach einem Zimmerwechsel wurde ich nur müde angelächelt. Ggf war das Hotel ausgebucht? Kann man ja dann auch so kommunizieren. Desweiteren Habe ich nach meinem eintägigen Aufenthalt Bissspuren am Bein, die stark nach denen von Bettwanzen aussehen. Meiner Bitte um Kompensation wurde nicht nachgekommen. Nie wieder

BED BUGS- checked in then the lady showed me my room 15metres down the road.not even in the building.bedding was dirty,and under bed was filthy.didnt sleep innit.key card would not turn on my lights when i was leaving at 5am.so had to dress an pack in pitch blackness.went to drop key card off at reception.and found the whole building locked up, with no 24hr reception.had to post my keycard in letterbox.5hrs i was in room for and counted 20+ bed bug or mosqitos bites.was glad to get out...3 *star struggle to give it 1*star. €69 for 1 night.rip off. Book the Emma hotel its luxury compared to this place and was 4€ more.
