Very dirty and no curtains on bed. Heard reports of some people getting bed bugs aswell. Toilets are disgusting

There was bed bugs, me and my friend have been bitten all over our body. One of us had to move bed it was that bad, they wasn’t very happy that we mentioned it. I rented a moped and got down the road to then realise the handle bars were not I line with the wheel, as you can imagine not nice riding like that so took it back and again they were not happy about it at all.
