Private Accommodation

Hygiene is pretty bad - the bathroom and bedroom are already worn out and in poor shape, and on top of that, it seems that they are not well cleaned (or at all?). The bathrooms had many mystery stains all over and mold, always with a mild to severe pee smell. The room itself had visible dust all around, the floors seemed not to have been cleaned, the walls and lamp are very stained and even smelly. Once after a nap I woke up with bug bites and black specks on the sheets, so we suspect there might be a bed bug problem. There is also a very distinct smell around the whole accommodation floor (like old furniture + mold + something unknown), strong and can be very unpleasant, even the sheets and towels have it, though we got used to it in a few days. Besides that, the sound insulation is very poor, the floor is always creaking and we could hear everything from the neighbouring rooms. It can get loud at nights, especially during the weekend - we had some trouble falling asleep, and also staying asleep when in the morning the loud trams would pass right beneath our room. Overall, even though it is a pretty cheap option, we do not think it is a good value for money, too many critical issues...

There were bedbugs in the bed and all over my bodies I got bites. The apartment was not clean and smelled very bad.

It was not very well cleaned. The bathrooms smelled. We got some bites on our bodies that me suspect was from bed bugs.

Bed bugs, thin walls, cracked walls, under par decorating, lack of compatible maintenance.

Das Zimmer in das ich gekommen bin war dreckig. Das Fenster ließ sich nicht schließen. Das Badezimmer war voll mit schimmel. Dadurch wurde meine allergie auch ausgelöst. Die gemeinschaftsküche lud nicht zum verweilen oder essen ein. Das Zimmer hatte sehr alte und kaputte Möbel. Für 8 Tage hab ich nur ein Handtuch erhalten. 2 hätten es schon sein können. Es wurde provisorisch ein Kleiderschrank vor die andere Tür gestellt damit man das Gefühl hat das man ein separates Zimmer hat. Die Wohnung schien wohl vorkurzem angemietet wurden zu sein, nichts wurde renoviert. Wände sind voll mit Flecken und Flüssigkeiten. Das Bett ist ein feltbett. Ich war schon öfters in Private hostels wo man ein eigenes Zimmer hat mit Gemeinschaftsküche. Dies jedoch ist eher ein Horror. Das Licht im Flur ging öfter nicht. Die gänge waren dadurch sehr dunkel. Ich musste leider meinen Aufenthalt da verbringen da ich kurzfristig nichts neues gefunden habe. Ich habe zwar ein Teil Betrag wieder erhalten aber ich wäre lieber woanders hin. Mein Körper hat auch viele kleine Beulen. Mein Verdacht bettwanzen. Die Decke schien mir ungewaschen zu sein. Sie hatte zumindest komisch gerochen. Daher habe ich diese nicht benutzt. Ich empfehle jedem sich andere Orte anzuschauen bevor man sich hierfür entscheidet. Nichts auf den Bildern entspricht der Wahrheit.

The one thing I didn't like about this place is they have bedbugs. because of this, I got bug bites all over my hand and leg.
