The bathrooms smelt like damp and were not the cleanest. Furthermore, the blankets/duvets did not have covers and I think there may have been bed bugs. Security was not very tight, as the main door opens onto a public square and the rooms do not have individual locks. It wouldn't be difficult for someone to just walk in who was not staying in that room or in the hostel generally.

Honestly… THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING! I left and found somewhere else to stay after the first night which was so much better than this place! I booked a premium room and gosh… it was horrendous, smelt so bad and the bathroom was grim! Bed bugs in the bed and a mouldy bathroom which had no window so all damp and stink was bleeding into the room. I also witnessed the staff being rude and making horrible comments about one of the guests in Italian as she walked passed and their colleagues all found it very amusing - shocking behaviour from the staff! - also groups of staff and their friends drunk making noise in the place till 5am. Do yourself a favour and find a cleaner and safer place.

LAS CAMAS INCÓMODAS, CUCARACHAS EN EL BAÑO, CHINCHES EN LOS EDREDONES QUE NOS PICARON POR TODO EL CUERPO, Y ENCIMA AL ESTAR EN LA HABITACIÓN DE ABAJO SE ESCUCHABA CONSTANTEMENTE EL RUIDO DEL HALL Y LAS CISTERNAS DE LAS DEMÁS HABITACIONES.

Great location. Close to the centre. Great staff. Good activities proposed. Great dinner. Rooms and shared amenities OK. Good to stay for a few days. No bed bugs experience
