OWNER is aware of serious bed bugs issue (long-standing and ongoing) and instead of taking responsibility or addressing the issue.. he simply put the blame back on YOU the PAYING CUSTOMER. He has NO INTEREST in your quality of stay or your health, just simply.. YOUR MONEY. Once your infested bed has been cleared following a night of attacks and bites the sheets are simply changed.. and next guest unknowingly enters the filth
