   The staff were friendly! They asked us to review in exchange for free bag storage before checking in, before we even had a chance to look at the place. We also felt obliged to give a 5 star review. Our room wasn't clean (had rubbish from previous guests), wifi was poor in the times it was available, the room was drafty and the walls were thin - we could hear everyone throughout and didn't have a good sleep for the few nights we stayed there. It is near a konbini, which is great and the reception staff were multilingual and helpful. But we'd recommend going elsewhere in Osaka and won't be back.

   Great location, close to subway and some restaurants nearby. Staff in the reception was friendly, but I was not possible to get an extra pillow, which would have been nice, because the pillow was small. The walls and doors in the rooms are so thin, that all noise goes direct trough them. There were a lot of noise in the hallway of our floor, one evening/night someone played loud music and laughed loudly in the hallway, also children was playing in the hallway in the morning around 6-8 AM. If you would like a quit place, this is not it. But if you would like just at bed, bathroom and good location, then this hostel is fine. If you leave your luggage in the reception before checking in, you can do it for free, if you make a review on Google maps, so maybe don’t trust all the reviews.

   *Business responded to my review and apologized for the inconvenience. I updated my rating. Thank you! Beware of falsely inflated reviews. Upon arrival the staff asked us to leave a 5 star review on their Facebook page for them to store of luggage before our 4pm check in time. This property is a ~30 minute walk to the main happening places in Osaka. This is the least favorite stay during my 2 week trip in Japan. Staff was friendly but consistently unable help us or provide advice. Facility was clean and had cool design and decor. I also had to cut our trip short due to covid-19 border advisories but management refused to refund for our remaining night stays. They dismissed my request trying to pin the refund on Expedia, but Expedia was able to refund my future Japan hotel reservations but this property had already been transferred the funds.

   I had high hopes for this hostel considering all the other great reviews, but honestly, my stay was not good. I paid on arrival with my card (you cannot pay with cash), the payment went through and I could see it had been approved on the card machine, and the transaction showed on my banking app too. I was then approached on 4 separate occasions throughout my stay, being told my payment hadn't gone through. I showed them the transaction on my banking app (which never bounced back at all!), and the staff member would then leave me alone, before approaching me again at a later date asking again for payment! I'm not sure if they were trying to scam me or if it was just poor staff training but it made me really uncomfortable for the duration of my stay, as I was always feeling like I was going to be confronted again, when I had already paid! I really felt harassed and was made to feel like I had done something wrong, when it was not my mistake. The room itself was OK, it felt very humid and the sheets felt damp, I think this might be due to the air-conditioning unit, which has signs saying you cannot have the temperature set lower than 25 degrees or it will leak. I found lots of black hairs that weren't mine in the bed, which made me question the cleanliness of the sheets. The shower was good and size of the room better than some other Japanese hostels/hotels. The bed was hard but this also seems to be standard here. Late check in of 4pm is also a lot later than usual.

    从地铁站出来步行一段距离就能抵达，楼下就是全家便利店，要买点什么也很容易。我和朋友入住的是家庭间，作为一个青旅有独立卫浴相当舒适。并且，这里离心斋桥等地步行距离不长，不需要为晚上去处担心，离大阪城等地步行也并不算长

    1晩眠るのが目的だったのでここで過ごした時間はあっという間でしたが、後日忘れ物をしてしまい、問い合わせをしてからは最後まで親切丁寧に対応頂けました。メッセージカードまであり嬉しかったです。

    距離地鐵站走路8分鐘左右，樓下有超商，環境乾淨，員工友善親切，價格經濟實惠，因為是青年旅社，多人同房，些許噪音難免，大多數遊客都算自主注意音量，環境很乾淨，價格也算非常便宜有競爭力，寄放行李一個200很便宜。滿推薦來此地住宿。
