RMS Hostal - Santa Maria

I'm not one to complain much about my stays, especially when it's the cheapest in town. Let's face it, a budget hostel is a budget hostel. I can tolerate the occasional cold/no water, noisy rooms, no a/c, and general state of disrepair. The bedbugs, on the other hand, are enough to get me and my companion to check out of our private room IMMEDIATELY and leave for another place to stay. The unsurprised response of the front desk implied that we weren't the first, and unlikely to be the last.

En realidad NADA ME GUSTÓ, primero me dieron otro cuarto que no había reservado, y el cuarto que me dieron literal tenía chinches, y opté por no quedarme en el lugar. La señorita de recepción amablemente me dijo que solicitara mi reembolso ya que no hice uso del espacio. Es un lugar con nada de higiene, hay muchos chinches.los baños muy sucios. En fin todo mal

Todo realmente es otra habitación, no es la misma que aparece en fotos, y la puerta no cerraba y con chinches no tenian ni toallas me dieron una mojada

Don't go here! The pictures are maybe when it first opened 20 years ago. Its super dirty and mould and dust everywhere. Stained sheets and bed bugs. The price is cheap but pay just a little more and you can get something ok. They didn't refund the money to me for the stay as it was so bad I had to leave. Wouldn't stay here for free!

Le prix est bas... PUNAISES DE LIT PRÉSENTES DANS LE LOGEMENT. Le logement ne ressemble absolument pas aux photos : chambre minuscule, pas de fenêtre, sale, espace de vie flippant, salle d'eau immonde (+ eau tiède ou froide), chambre humide, difficile à trouver avec plusieurs indications Google Maps, bruyant (visite des lieux à 23h sans tenir compte des personnes qui dorment, escaliers en métal bruyant, route à proximité). Le premier jour on nous donne un QRcode pour mettre 5 étoiles sur Google en nous précisant que le propriétaire est Français... Une honte sur les deux points. Gardiennage de sac à 12$ ! La cerise sur le gâteau : Je me réveille le premier jours avec deux boutons pensant que c'est un moustique mais le dernier jours j'en ai une trentaine avec la présence de punaises ! Lorsque j'en informe le réceptionniste il m'indique que "de l'insecticide à été mis la semaine d'avant"... A fuire.

El cuarto lúgubre, deprimente y mal oliente. Ruido excesivo en la calle que no te deja dormir. Almohada con olor a sudor. La zona no es segura. Si lees esto y aún así te hospedas, verás que no miento. Subí fotos en Google. El peor hostal donde me he hospedado en mi vida. El personal muy amable.
