The top bunk bed + going to the toilet downstairs was a bit uncomfortable Bedroom should have a bit more of space for ex to sit down and put on your shoes.

The room is too hot on summer time that there should be atleast put a FAN on each rooms .One my first Night I could not sleep ,I was very itchy and when I checked the pillow,duvet and bed I have seen bed bugs(Room 515).Past midnight when I have escalated to the receptionist they could not believed that they need even to go to my room and checked it .As a resolution I was transferred to a different room.On this situation I have to be firm with them for me to able for them to resolve any of my concern.
