Bed and Boarding (Naples International Airport)

The walls are like paper. Without earplugs, it would have been impossible to sleep. The bathrooms could have been cleaner. This was the only hostel during my trip where I forgot to check the bed for bed bugs and the next day I noticed a few bite marks on my legs.... I know they might take a few days to form, so it is still possible that I got them from somewhere else, but then again, this was the only place where I forgot to do the check.

The pictures on the website are completely false. There was no TV, no mirror, no bedside table, no towels - like the pictures suggest. In the room was 4 white walls, a very uncomfortable bed with sheets that left us itchy all night, we don’t know if this was bed bugs or the detergent they use to wash the sheets. The blind covering the window was too small so light came through to the room until they were turned off at about 01:00. The bathroom was disgusting, when they say shared in means unisex, no soap to wash your hands, no toilet roll holders… We also could not adjust the temperature in the room, the thermostat is a sticker, not a working thermostat. All in all I think my partner and I got about 2 hours sleep for €108 euros, which was originally meant to be €82 euros according to booking.com. The only reason they are still in business is the location next to the airport. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

No bath mats so after shower floor wet. No temp control so AC was too warm. When I asked for cooler temp it never happened. Woke up with a few bug bites. Reasonable price.

literally everything. for €100 a night I didn’t expect BEDBUGS!!! NOISE!! DIRTY SHOWERS!! probably had the worst night sleep of my life!! I thought because it was an expensive hostel it would be ok, but my partner and I have been bitten alive by bedbugs. I have seen a doctor, and he confirmed the bites ( picture attached) my partner has been attacked a lot worse than me with a least 100 bites. I could feel them crawling over me, but I thought it was my head staying in this dirty hole.. but turns out my body was right! the noise was horrific all night.. was woken at least 10 times! there is NO light but a lightbulb in the corner: I have traveled all of Asia in hostels and this horrific place won the worst value for money: ok Asia you pay €5 a night for a clean bed! this place is totally over priced.
