What a horrible experience. On my first night, I caught a bedbug myself, not suspected but confirmed. I killed it, took photos, and even verified it to be a bedbug. Instead of addressing the infestation properly, they simply moved me to another room, as if bedbugs do not travel. To make matters worse, the dorm rooms with 4 to 6 beds each have no locks and are often left wide open, so anyone or anything can go in and out freely. If you want to get bitten, this is the place. At check in, I was charged 20 pesos for a towel. Because “deposit” can be confusing across languages, I specifically asked using Google Translate whether it was a rental and whether I would get the money back at checkout. She clearly confirmed yes. We went back and forth for about two minutes to make sure. However, at checkout, they refused to return the 20 pesos and suddenly claimed it was not a deposit. If that had been clear from the start, I could have simply walked to the market and bought a clean towel instead of using their blood stained one. The internet is also terrible and barely works inside the rooms. They also only allow shower access during limited hours, from 7 AM to 11 AM and 7 PM to 11 PM, which is extremely inconvenient for travelers with early departures, late arrivals, or daytime plans. So if you are looking for bedbugs, an overpriced stained towel, unlocked dorm rooms, restricted shower access, and WiFi that does not function, this place might be a hidden gem for you. Otherwise, stay far away.

I give here low rating.Because it’s dirty,especially the kitchen,I saw mouse running on the table and hide behind of microwave,the staff saw this at same time. bed bug.! bed bug!so I don’t want to extend more. and wifi so week ,you can’t connect in the room . you can use in the garden ,but in the night it’s cold . good location only. Never choose here again.
