Punaise de lit !

Estaba sucio, las camas y almohadas eran bastante malas y creo que me picaron chinches, porque amanecí con picaduras por todo el cuerpo.

Mattresses on beds need changing, bitten by bed bugs and came home with rash on legs. Shower needs more pressure but there was always hot water so that was good. Kitchen was small and crowded, too many people. So many rooms and not one of them was a laundry room, had to go 2 blocks to use the Laundromat, but they did supply washing powder 🤷.

Too many people, not a lot of space for privacy unless you pay for your own room, but bit pricey. Shower needs more pressure but there was always hot water so that was a plus.

Bee bugs

I didn't realise until the morning, as I had checked in around 10pm and the lights were off in the room. But there was a patch of black mold on the cieling right above my head (I was in a top bunk). I got sick after staying here. I also didn't have a pillow on my bed and had to go to reception to ask for one. The bed was really uncomfortable and I had a bug bite on my back when I woke up, making me think there could be bed bugs around...

Showers are dirty. Found water bottles and used toilet paper in my bed when it was supposed to be clean while checking in. Bed clothes have several years, doubtful washed as they smell terrible. Disgusting place.

El hostel es muy sucio a pesar de que hay staff de limpieza, no tiene ventilación natural, aire acondicionado mal regulados, el olor de la cocina se siente por todos lados, incluso hay hasta chinches (bugs) en las camas. El unico lugar con ventilación natural es un pequeño patio al lado de la cocina, que por lo demas te limitan el acceso hasta las 11pm.

El colchón incómodo y muy marcado, no tiene ventilación en ningún lado, la cocina sin extractor ni ventilación lo que hacía que los olores abunden en todo el hostel, muchísimo calor ahí dentro. Habían chinches y nadie te lo comunica.

I'm appalled by the horrendous experience I endured at this hostel. Not only did I suffer through over 500 bed bug bites (not exaggerating), turning my stay into a nightmare, but the promise of a refund only added insult to injury. The lack of responsiveness to my emails showcases a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and basic hygiene standards. This establishment's blatant negligence and refusal to address their glaring issues is utterly disgraceful. Steer clear of this hostel if you value your well-being and expect even a modicum of professionalism.

Couldn’t pay me to stay here again. My stay started off with realizing that the front door to the hostel was unlocked and open, same with the door to my assigned room. Not surprising that my bed was taken by a stranger with no badge. Another member of my group was given a code to get their bed assignment and key from the safe- the code given did not work, leaving us stranded(there was another guy who came in to get his key and experienced the same issue- hope he figured something out as well). There was no security or phone line to call to help at all- no wonder there was an assault here in July! The next day when we were finally given a bed, it was loud as hell, with music playing constantly, and parties in the hallways until late in the night. The staff seemed like they were travelers just trying to make a living, who genuinely wanted to help, but who didn’t have the power to make any real change with the resources they had available. Whoever manages the place gave them a sinking ship, complete with bedbugs and 24/7 blaring bluetooth speakers, and gave them teaspoons to bail out the water.

Ended up having to leave as there were bed bugs in our room/on our mattresses. Reception was very helpful and agreed to refund us for the nights we’d paid for so very thankful for that but the bed bug thing was quite bad 😬

Me and a friend arrived at the hostel and got to our room. The floor was covered in thrash and the stank of weed was disgusting. After we complained to the staff, we got a new room. This one smelled awful and was dirty, with boogers on the wall, and dirt all over the floor/room. It was a 10-person dorm, and the AC was broken, so you can imagine the smell from 10 guys in one room, with no windows to open... To make it better, we both got bitten by bedbugs.
