- le petit dej compris : 1 tranche de pain, 2 tranches très très fines de tomate, un oeuf au plat, un peu de beurre et 2 tranches de Concombre.... Un peu léger quand même. - j'ai trouvé 3 punaises de lits dans mon lit( que j'ai apportées vivantes dans un mouchoir à la réception). J'ai informé la réception, qui a mis du produit sur le lit mais je n'ai plus voulu dormir dans ce lit sachant que je m'étais déjà fait piquer. Il n'y avait pas de place ailleurs, l'auberge était full. J'ai dormi à la réception sur les gros poufs. Vu qu'il était déjà 00h30 compliqué d'aller ailleurs en pleine nuit. A 5h une touriste est venu tambouriner a l'accueil mais il n'y avait personne. 6h du matin, le personnel arrive pour tout préparer. J'ai très peu dormi. Aucun geste commercial n'a été fait, aucune solution n'a été proposée. J'ai donc pris "le petit dej" proposé et je suis partie rapidement

Il y avait des punaises de lit dans la chambre. Nous n'avons pas dormi dans l'établissement et avons dû trouver une solution de secours.

LOADS OF BEDBUGS beds rock hard Told staff that I wasn’t staying here because of bedbugs, refused to give me a new bed or a refund

I have stayed here more than 5 times and had problems with bed bugs but they solved it very well and never had any problems with bugs again. I can assure you that this is a very good hostel.

BEDBUGS!!!!!! We found signs of bedbugs (dark marks on the bed sheets) in the female dorm. When asked about it, the employees seemed surprised and shocked. Still the only solution they offered was changing the sheets. After reading other reviews on google and here on booking.com we decided to leave. Suddenly during check out employees admitted that there has been bedbugs in the exact room in january even though they did not say anything about it on the first time. They claimed that they have had someone taking care of the problem and assured that the bedbugs are on a different bed and that there is no chance that they would be on mine. Obviously the issue is still there because there were fresh marks on my bed. Would not recommend staying in this hostel before the problem is actually taken care of.

Bedbugs!!!!

BEDBUGS ALERT! There are bedbugs in female dorm and they do not care about it at all. I saw a review on booking mentioning bedbugs from a guest staying in December and they are still accommodating people in the room. When I noticed bedbugs myself and reported the issue, the receptionist's solution was changing the sheets... Well, that was actually the second solution - first one was to call her boss THE NEXT DAY. Terrible overall experience.

I was accommodated in a room (Female only dorm) where you could smell a strong lemongrass scent and where two mattresses were missing which seemed surprising to me so I asked the receptionist why there are no mattresses and her response was "we are fixing something". She reassured me it's not about bedbugs... Somehow I did not feel comfortable on the bed the whole evening and shortly after turning the light off I realized I was not alone on my bed - surprise surprise - BEDBUGS! I went down to the reception, it was around 1:20am and even though the reception was supposed to be open until 2:00, after reporting the problem what I heard was "my shift is over, I will call my boss tomorrow". I was checking out the next day and naturally I was not planning to sleep on a bed together with bugs so I insisted. Receptionist's solution was to change the sheets and I didn't know whether to laugh or cry so then she called someone and had a conversation IN the room so she woke everyone up SMH... Eventually it turned out that one of beds in another room was actually available even though it was not cleaned after the previous guest.... The whole room (the initial one), if not the whole level should be out of order!!! But hey, it's the high season and business is business so who would care - lemongrass will do, right? Disgusting.

L’auberge est infestée de punaise de lit. Il y en avait des dizaines dans les rideaux et sur le matelas. Le propriétaire m’a déplacé dans son autre auberge The Dorm Hostel et c’était la même chose, à éviter à tout prix!!

have bedbugs bite me the whole night, didnot find them, just thought the mosquito bite, then turn on light found bedbugs, so many and so terrible.
