Hubiera sido genial que las camas tuvieran cortinilla.

Unica pecca è la mancanza di uno spazio all'aperto ed al sole per stendere le cose lavate che si sono comunque asciugate durante la notte. In alternativa hanno lavatrice ed asciugatrice a pagamento e nella zona ci sono anche quelle self-service.

Preventive measures about bedbugs, really very very clean

Nice hostel 20 minutes walk from the old town near the supermarkets and local cafes, bars. The facilities are great: there's a kitchen with all you need to cook, lots of space to seat and eat, the bathrooms are specious, there're hairdryers, a laundry room, the duvets are warm. As many had reviewed before: as a preventive measure of the bedbugs, the backpacks are not allowed in the room.

Not a disadvantageous thing for me, but it is not particularly central within the city of Santiago. It takes about 20 mins walking to the cathedral/city centre. At the same time it is very quiet outside, though.

I guess you could say it’s a little walk from the centre but are we really going to complain about that having walked the Camino?!

I would suggest adding curtains around the bunkbeds.

Perfect. Could be a little cheaper because in this price category are some single rooms available in Santiago.

El mejor albergue de todo el camino, sin duda será mi punto de referencia para futuras llegadas del camino. Desde ver que son unas instalaciones cuidadas, pasando por el detalle y cortesía del desayuno. Hasta contar con la privacidad de no tener habitaciones cargadas de personal, prohibición de acceder con mochilas, para evitar contagios (chinches...) Todo reluciente, aseos con todo tipo de productos e higiene que resalta. La zona no es del todo céntrica, pero cuenta con servicio de lavandería cercano y a buen precio. Aparcamiento cercano y sin coste. Los propietarios son asiduos al camino, por tanto, saben lo que desea cada peregrino. Volveré sin duda.

We had bed bugs in our room...

The most probably there were bed bugs. Not sure exactly, as I stayed in the hostels before. Maybe it’s from the previous one.
