⭐☆☆☆☆ Our holiday was completely overshadowed by a bed bug problem in our room. Multiple members of our group woke up with numerous bites, and we even found a bed bug ourselves. Instead of enjoying our trip, we spent our final days dealing with stress, discomfort, and the fear of carrying the infestation back home in our luggage and clothing. As the hotel had no alternative room available, we had no choice but to rearrange our travel plans, resulting in additional expenses that we had to cover ourselves. We are now facing further costs for cleaning and treating our belongings to prevent the infestation from spreading. What made the situation even worse was the hotel’s response. Despite the seriousness of the issue, our concerns were dismissed, and no meaningful attempt was made to compensate us or acknowledge the distress caused. We were even informed by the night receptionist that guests in previous cases had received a 50% refund for serious inconveniences, yet we were not treated with the same level of fairness. A situation like this is unacceptable in any hotel. The poor hygiene standards and the lack of accountability afterwards turned an already upsetting experience into an even bigger disappointment. We left with bites, unexpected expenses, and a ruined holiday. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cute hostel but absolutely miserable hot and no ac in room, I also got bit by bedbugs and something bit me in my eyelid while i slept, we had to open the window because the heat is awful. Too far from center and super inconvenient to get ubers after midnight.

Talvez o único inconveniente seja para quem deseja estar mais no centro de Paris ou tenha algum problema com ladeiras ou escadas . A estação de metro perto do hotel (tem duas) teve problema com o elevador e a subida requer subir bastante escada na estação . Fora isso ficaria novamente tranquilamente . Fique atento ao horario de fechamento das saidas de algumas estações.

Caulaincourt Montmartre is a nice hostel/hotel for people traveling with a partner or staying for a short time. It was incredibly clean, which was important to me. NO bedbugs! Beds were comfortable and women's hostel room is kept quite dark, preventing early morning light from disturbing sleep. Staff were helpful. The breakfast is a basic french breakfast. The croissant was amazing! There is only one outlet area in the women's dorm and there are no lockers in the room.
