   The guy at the reception tried to use an outrageous rate from us dollars to bolivianos. We asked him to show us even one other site that gave that rate, obviously he didn’t. We ended up paying in US dollars to not get scammed.

   They offer you a price of BOB 90 through Booking, then they wanna charge you $15 USD for a ridiculously rate. Help yourself and avoid this kind of scams, check the other reviews from this place. Have a pleasant trip in another accommodation.

   As others have also shared, the couple who own this hostel attempted to overcharge me significantly upon arrival. They refused to even look at the amount that my hostelworld reservation said on my phone. As someone who doesn't accept being shamelessly scammed in front of my face, I had no choice but to cancel and quickly find somewhere else.
