- Ich verstehe die guten Bewertungen nicht. Wir haben ein dreckiges Zimmer bezogen, aus dem wir am liebsten rückwärts wieder raus gegangen wären. Das Bad war dreckig und hellhörig. Der Blick aus dem Fenster geht gegen eine dreckige Wand, an der unsere Klimaanlage befestigt war und somit permanent zu hören war. Als wir diese Mängel ansprachen, wurde uns direkt angeboten nur eine Nacht zu bleiben und alles würde storniert werden. Das haben wir noch bei zwei weiteren Paaren an diesem Tag gehört. Es scheint also ein bekanntes Problem zu sein. Der Pool geht zur Straße raus, wo sehr viel Verkehr und Lärm herrscht. Den Preis ist es auf jeden Fall überhaupt nicht wert!

- We booked this hotel because of the good reviews, but: it was impossible to sleep because there is not insulation at all (you even hear the neighbors snoring), and we booked a room with buffet breakfast included, but when we arrived there, Kevin (the manager) said that almost no one pick the room with breakfast included, so they don’t offer it. They refunded us part of the money, but I would have preferred if they give what they offered…if I would knew, I would have searched another hotel.

- Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was not good. I don’t understand why they still call themselves a spa hotel—the only “spa” service they offer is massage, and even that is separate. They do not have the infrastructure of a proper spa hotel. There is a lot of noise in the hallway, and you can hear what’s happening in other rooms—I even heard someone vomiting in the middle of the night. The breakfast is quite simple, though it matches the price of the stay. The bathroom soap has a very unpleasant smell, and the toilet paper is not soft at all. There is no proper refrigerator in the room—just a small one that kept water cool, but not cold. The air conditioning was noisy as well. The nightly rate itself isn’t bad, but I expected more from a place that calls itself a hotel—it feels more like a hostel with private rooms. The swimming pool is the only strong point; it is actually very good. However, the sun loungers are somewhat dirty.

- Fiquei hospedada no dormitório feminino e testemunhei o procedimento de check out e check in do hotel. Após a saída de uma das hóspedes, a camareira não trocou a roupa de cama usada e apenas ajeitou a cama e dobrou o edredom. Fiquei chocada com a falta de higiene e questionei a recepção, ao que foi informado que de fato a roupa de cama não havia sido trocada. Avisei a hóspede nova, que solicitou expressamente a troca dos lençóis, ao que o pedido então foi aceito. Acho um absurdo o hóspede ter que se preocupar com algo tão obvio, mas se você tem a intenção de se hospedar nesse local, peça expressamente por uma roupa de cama limpa no check in!!!

+ Das Personal war sehr freundlich und der Pool ist schön.
- Alles alt und kaputt. Die Zimmer rochen nach Schimmel und die Handtücher waren verdreckt. Unser Zimmer hatte kein richtiges Fenster. Um den Pool herum sollte man besser nicht ohne Schuhe herum laufen, das dir Bretter schon morsch sind und Nägel herausschauen. Andere Urlauber, mit den wir uns unterhielten, waren jedoch sehr zufrieden und meinten, dass dies das beste Hotel sei, dass die bis dato hatten. Das konnten wir für uns nicht bestätigen. Vielleicht hatten wir auch Pech mit der Zimmerwahl.

+ Overall, the hotel is good and has several positive aspects. The pool is very comfortable and a great size, perfect for relaxing. We also rented a scooter through the hotel for 120 per day, which was very convenient, and the staff was attentive and constantly checking that all our needs were taken care of. They even helped us book a taxi to the airport, which we really appreciated. The rooms are spacious, but the furniture is quite old. Since much of it is velvet, it tends to hold a lot of dirt — our headboard and the armchair in the room were noticeably dirty, and we even found trash between the bed and the nightstand. There were also tiny ant-like insects on the headboard. Because of this, the room unfortunately didn’t feel completely clean. With some updates to the furniture and improved cleaning, the stay could be much better, as the service and facilities themselves are good.

Mia's advice which was very good (tested/approved). The location is good. The bicycle rental is a real plus to discover Hoi An. The fact of asking to make the room, we stayed for several days. Besides not done systematically.

+ We had a lovely stay here, Kevin was super lovely and helpful with everything why question we had and also gave lots of really good recommendations and booked coconut boats and cooking class for us. The rooms had great air conditioning.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

- One of the days housekeeping entered the room at 8am to charge the beds and clean the room. Turning all the lights on and speaking extremely loudly waking up the whole room. This is very inconsiderate and rude. Another day housekeeping failed to clean the room completely and when asked for them to clean I was told they had been it was the guest making the rooms messy. This was not the case as the girl who had checked out that day bed had not even been changed. When the new guest came to check in the room we was accused of swapping beds, no one had moved. To make it worse I asked for an extra toilet roll as the dorm room kept running out and was told no…
+ Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage und die Altstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Der Pool war besonders wegen des heißen Wetters super, um sich nachmittags abzukühlen und zu entspannen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal, was durchweg sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend war. Kevin hat uns am Anfang unserer Reise sehr freundlich empfangen und uns sehr gute Tipps für lokale Restaurants und Läden gegeben. Wir haben uns bei ihm sofort gut aufgehoben gefühlt und konnten bei Fragen immer auf ihn zukommen. Uns wurde sogar ein früherer Check in ermöglicht, womit wir gar nicht gerechnet haben.
The hotel has a good location and the Altstadt is within walking distance. The pool was especially great for cooling down and relaxing in the afternoons due to the hot weather. A special highlight is the staff, who were always very friendly and accommodating. Kevin welcomed us very kindly at the beginning of our trip and gave us very good tips for local restaurants and shops. + Kevin of course. Follow his recommendations for food and coffee!!! He organised anything we needed with a smile. Bikes we borrowed were old but faithful and free. Brakes did fail on one of them. Room was fine. Vietnamese seem to like hard beds but it was fine for a hard mattress. The pool was awesome. We weren't at all bothered by noise so I was surprised by some other reviews. The buffet breakfast was good.
