Unfortunately the room we were in had bed bugs. While the staff did give us a refund when we left earlier for the extra night, the communication was severely lacking for the duration of our stay. There was never anybody at the reception desk. On top of that, when I informed the staff of the bed bugs they suggested that we had brought them from the national park - which we hadn't even been to yet! While it has potential, cleanliness has to be addressed and much better communication is needed.
