Mini Hostel in Lisbon

BETTWANZEN!!!! Der Aufenthalt war grauenvoll, wir fanden die Unterkunft dreckig, eine Katze läuft ständig rum (auch auf der Arbeitsplatte der Küche) und man muss aufpassen, dass sie nicht ins Zimmer geht. Das Personal ist sehr merkwürdig, überschreitet Grenzen und rödelt nachts in der Unterkunft (wahrscheinlich weil sie selbst dort wohnt). Die Unterkunft riecht nach Staub, Dreck und Katze. Wir haben uns sehr unwohl gefühlt. Die Nächte waren nicht gut, wir hatten den Verdacht auf Bettwanzen, die Decken waren nicht gewaschen und die Handtücher müffelten ebenso. Wir hätten uns fast ein Hotelzimmer gebucht, weil wir uns so unwohl gefühlt haben.

Il gatto anche se non era segnalato ! La doccia molto spaziosa Purtroppo il soggiorno è andato molto male. La gestione del checkin è stata terribile: la prima notte siamo state in una camera condivisa con altre persone e la seconda notte in una camera privata ;in entrambi i casi la stanza non era pronta ben oltre l'orario di inizio check in. Cuscini e lenzuola macchiate, materassi ...anche. Abbiamo avuto il timore di prendere le cimici da letto. Si sente molto rumore tra le varie stanze. Siamo state in diversi ostelli, questo ha del potenziale ma c'è da migliorare.

There were bugs in the bed. When I complained, the owner supposedly sprayed the entire bed ( I have my own doubts). After insisting I relocated myself to another one, but turned out that was also infested. I had terrible looking arms and hands for the entire duration of the stay. The cat is slightly irritating as it comes to your room and jumps on the bed straight away. The owner needs to honestly change the entire furniture and not give excuses for the discomfort the guests experience.
