We got bit by bedbugs here

This property gave us bedbugs!! The lady at the front desk was nice enough but blamed us for bringing them in instead of trying to compensate us…thank god I took videos of the sheets and mattress where you could clearly see the infestation. Ruined my trip and the staff was not helpful or apologetic at all.

There were bed bugs, they moved us to a different room but we still got bit a lot.

There were bed bugs in the bed as we were sores on the back and arms

Bedbugs galore, even in a private room. When I checked out I told reception about the bedbugs, but now they are claiming they have had no reports of this?? The guy at reception was ready to try deny it was bedbugs but once he saw the bites he could tell it was. He tried to say it might be from the creek across the street... Some of my clothes are now runined from the hot wash required to kill the bugs. I'm hoping I havent bought them back home and have to pay thousands getting my home fumigated.

Room stinks like second hand shoe, possums on roof, bush chook at windows, bed bugs, and 🌽
