+ Staff has lack of knowledge about their on product , i feel very very shy and pity on him while receptionist doesn't know the located double beded room and twin beded room .

- Room quality I booked delux room and rooms were like so hectic so small not even ac working not even tv too. Everything disturbed in room when I asked they said no other room is vacent so you have to adjust anyhow. Its pathetic stay . they give me to small bed in my room they know I am arriving single why they provide me that room and asked me that no other room is vacate so . its the hell pathetic stay

- This is the actual condition of the room: bed sheets with holes, pillows smelling of mildew and sweat, a room filled with dampness and mildew odor, a floor covered in mud, a fan that cannot oscillate, a bathroom ceiling and air vent mostly covered in mold, hot water with a slow and weak flow, a broken hook, and almost unusable power outlets, etc

I didn't stay there. The room was fine (though a little musty smelling). But the halls, the stairs were very dark, and needed to be cleaned. It would have been a pretty depression place to spend a week. The owner/manager (he was not there when I arrived) seemed to be nice, but I couldn't recommend anyone staying there with many other options around.

+ The staff is amazing, very helpful and friendly. Great location, it easy to get around.
- The room was a bit small and the bathroom felt outdated. The TV and the air conditioning weren’t working during my stay. (5 nights)

- Room was not clean. Under bed and walls you could see dusty balls. So was not very pleasant

+ The location was very good, not too busy or noisy, far enough away from the heart of Thamel but close enough that there were cafés, bars and restaurants next door. Nice breakfast with options of eggs.

+ Соотношение цена-качество. Персонал чудесный и во всем идут навстречу и стараются помочь! Я сломала лодыжку и меня окружили заботой и даже нашли костыли для меня )) Расположение удобное, не в самом центре активного Тамеля, но все в нескольких минутах ходьбы. Окна номера выходили во двор, поэтому было тихо!
- Мебель уже не новая, но за эти деньги вполне ок. Уборка проводилась не каждый день, возможно нужно просить об этом.
+ This is a great place in a great location. Everything went well. The staff was always helpful and friendly. I will stay again next time I'm in the area, and I'd recommend it to others.
