Ater booking we got an email to say the prices were wrong and that they'd be charging us something else. I replied asking for clarification as we'd already paid a deposit but got no reply. Next, our flight was delayed by a day and so we asked to shift the dates of our booking by one day, again receiving no response. When we arrived at the hostel (still within our original booking period) they told us they got the email and cancelled our booking and gave the room away so we had nowhere to stay
The hostel had a problem with their prices on the website, and wrote me to let me know. I requested a change of reservation, and waited for a confirmation that I never received. I followed up a few days later to confirm, and still did not receive a response. A few days later I wrote another follow up and the response I received was an incomplete sentence that did not answer question and was filled with spelling errors. I cancelled for the lack of basic communication.
My booking was cancelled midtrip because the staff made a mistake with the prices and decided to do so instead of facing it.

My friend was scammed into paying full price for a SIM card that doesn’t work. Staff and other customers gossiping about the matter in front of us. Good location however concerns there were bed bugs after waking up with bites
Generell ganz süßes kleines Hostel. Erwartet nicht, dass ihr viel in Kontakt mit anderen kommt. Also ich abends zurück kam und in meinem Bett jemand anders lag, war ich extrem verwirrt. Meine Sachen, die vorher im Bett lagen, waren im ganzen Zimmer verteilt. Das war sehr unangenehm und ätzend, habe zum Glück alles wieder gefunden. Die Person konnte nichts dafür, das Personal hat hier Mist gebaut... Das hotel liegt etwas abgelegen und kann daher nachts auf dem Weg nach Hause etwas unsicher...
Generally very sweet little hostel. Don't expect you to get in touch with others much. Also I come back in the evenings and someone else is in my bed, I was extremely confused. My things, which were previously in the bed, were scattered throughout the room. This was very unpleasant and annoying, fortunately I found everything again. The person could not do anything about it, the staff built Mist here... The hotel is somewhat remote and therefore can be a bit unsafe on the way home at night. s Pe...

Me sentí muy segura y muy bienvenida, está muy bien ubicado el lugar, y las habitaciones y las camas son cómodas y frescas, es mi hostal favorito hasta el momento , la atención es cálida, un abrazo para el equipo de recepción, se les extraña.
