Otherwise our stay was decent except there were bed bugs in our room. The stuff however was nice about it and gave us compensation about it. The facilities were not very clean.

If I could give this hostel zero stars, I would. I stayed in room 403 in bed A and after 2 nights, I had 16 bedbug bites all over my body. I saw two near my pillow when I woke up around midnight. I immediately asked to switch to a private room and do my laundry. Afterward, when I asked the management what their cleaning process was like for bedbugs, they had no clue. I also asked for a refund and they said the “manager” knew about me and the problem and would contact me. Of course no one did, even after I sent an email. I ended up coming home early so I could properly bag and heat everything—this hostel ruined my trip and please, I advise you to stay away. There are bound to be more in that building.

Dirtiest hostel I’ve ever stayed in. The toilets were very smelly and obviously not cleaned well. The walls have stains and the toilet bowl has weird contents inside. Only found out that there’s a bed bug problem after when I saw previous reviews which freaked me out and led me to have bad sleep. I had 2 nights in here but moved the next night.

Die Dusche wechselte ständig unberechenbar von Heiß zu kaltem Wasser, die Sanitäranlagen waren allgemein sehr dreckig, man sinkt an einigen Stellen des Bodens im Flur plötzlich ein. Das 8 er Zimmer war an sich angenehm. Die Vorhänge bieten guten Lichtschutz und Privatsphäre, gute Lage und alles ruhig. Aber in meinem Bett waren 2 Bettwanzen!! Dank nettem Personal bekam ich ein neues Zimmer und eine gratis Wäsche. Aufpreis für Küchennutzung ist unnötig. Ich empfehle dieses Hostel nicht weiter!

I was able to come with a group from my school in April 2025. A classmate was attacked by bed bugs, ending up with hundreds of buttons the next day. The common showers are dirty, with hair that drags or yellow curtains. The toilet stinks and doesn’t offer a perfume to hide the smell. I was able to find hair in my sheets. The shared kitchen is disgusting, people don’t clean and put away their things. I had spent an hour in the kitchen putting everything away and cleaning because I cannot live in a dirty place, which sticks and where the dishes are not clean. The only positive thing I could see was that the breakfast in the morning was rather pleasant.

wouldn’t recommend. i’ve stayed at lots of hostels and this is absolutely the worst… the beddings are visibly dirty and old, the floor almost filthy, and on top of l that, i found a bed bug strolling in front of my eyes while i was about to sleep. the girl at the reception was really nice though, apologized and arranged me a new room plus breakfast offered, but i still spent the night worrying there might be bedbugs in the new room cause the beddings in this room is just as dirty… the morning after we were told the bathroom would be in maintenance from 10am for 4 hours, and that’s when we’re already sharing it among the 20(approx) of us. yeah, even with the price and the location, don’t come

Found bedbugs in my room the final night, and the showers did not look like they had been properly cleaned, with some trash being left in the shower the whole time I was there.

Bed bugs.. More than that, the reception knew about that and willingly hid the truth and wanted to make me sleep in that room. That's unacceptable and poor practice. I still gave some points because once I went to complain about that they helped with the cancellation. The hostel has potential, but they need to address quickly the bed bugs issue/cleanliness and their poor honesty behaviour regarding that. Until then I won't come back. I wish them all the best to address that and will give it another chance once it's fixed.

Don’t go there if you expect even a minimum level of cleanliness. I was bitten several times by bedbugs, and I spoke with another guest who had exactly the same issue in a different room. In two days, the shower wasn’t cleaned — there were papers inside — and the toilets were also dirty. I’ve rarely seen a hostel in such poor condition. I even decided to shorten my stay and went somewhere else. I do not recommend it. Of course, the problem isn’t the staff working on site, but the managers and owners really need to question themselves and take responsibility.

I never post comments on Google, but in this case I have no choice. I have stayed in many hostels, but honnestly this was my worst experience. This place is anything but safe, and I do not recommend it, especially to women. During my stay, another woman and I were victims of sexual harassment. Unfortunately, the employees are not trained to handle this type of situation, and I don't blame them because they did their best with the knowledge they had. But management should provide them with training on how to respond appropriately if this happens again, because this lack of information puts them at risk as well. That's not all. The hostel was infested with bedbugs. They told me that this had never happened before, so a traveller probably brought them in, but I later discovered that at least three people had been bitten that same weekend in three different rooms. This does not surprise me, given the overall hygiene of the bathrooms and common areas, which leaves much to be desired. Once again, I would like to point out that I am not criticising the volunteers/staff, who really did everything they could and were responsive, understanding and kind – it is thanks them that I did not give the minimum number of stars for the service. Actually, I spoke with some of them who admitted that they are working in very poor conditions, which came as no surprise to me. In short, this hostel does not deserve its name until the management deigns to treat people, both employees and customers, the way they deserve.

Bedbugs!!!!!! I stayed in room 111 from 2025 October 12 to October 14, 2025, and got bitten by bedbugs during my stay. I contacted the hostel through Booking.com, but the hostel itself refused to offer any refund or compensation. I’m writing this to warn other travelers that there are bedbugs here, and to find anyone who stayed around the same time and also got bitten, so we can file a joint complaint if needed. Please check your bed carefully before sleeping. I’ve attached two photos: • The first one was taken at the hostel — it shows my hand swollen in the morning after being bitten. • The second one was taken the same evening, after I got back home. Skontaktowałem się z hostelem przez Booking.com, ale sam hostel odmówił zwrotu pieniędzy lub jakiejkolwiek rekompensaty. Piszę tę opinię, aby ostrzec innych podróżnych, że w tym miejscu są pluskwy, oraz aby znaleźć inne osoby, które przebywały tu w tym samym czasie i również zostały pogryzione, abyśmy mogli złożyć wspólną skargę, jeśli zajdzie taka potrzeba. Proszę dokładnie sprawdzić łóżko przed snem. Dołączyłem dwa zdjęcia: • Pierwsze zostało zrobione w hostelu — pokazuje moją spuchniętą dłoń rano po ugryzieniu. • Drugie zostało zrobione tego samego wieczoru, gdy wróciłem do domu. Obrzęk już zniknął i wyraźnie widać ślady ugryzień.

O quarto estava com Bed Bugs, com um tamanho significativo, o rapaz que estava a trabalhar, embora muito simpático, disse-nos que os bichos estavam mortos e que prometia que se fôssemos picadas devolveria o dinheiro. Como não foi oferecida uma limpeza simples, optamos por não ficar.

AVOID IN ANY CASE! VERMIEDEN AUF JEDEN FALL! I slept in the room 206 just for 1 night, and, unfortunately I was massively bitten by the bedbugs. This is absolutely inappropriate level of hygiene which must not be a case for any hostel. Unless the administration get rid of the bugs and provode you with proofs, DO NOT COME HERE! It will be wise to pay a bit more than 128 zloty and choose some other place to stay.

This is definitely not a safe stay. Staff seemed rude, they don’t even give you free towel that seems like a common practice at generally every other hostels, charge additionally even for luggage storage . Bathroom was not clean, smelled like a public bathroom, also, there was no shampoo or showering gel. The room smelled like a gym locker. Really bad ventilation. And on top of that they have BEDBUGS. Spend only one night there and got bitten really bad!

BED BUGS! Booked a private 6 dorm room with a few friends. Although woke up to find bites all over my arms by bed bugs! I’m so insanely surprised this exists in this day and age. I’ve stayed in accommodation all over the world and never had bed bugs before. I’m genuinely disgusted. It’s put a pretty sour note on my whole trip to Warsaw. We won’t be back.

Siamo state in questo ostello per una sola notte, in camera doppia privata. Prima di partire avevo letto recensioni in cui si presentava il problema di possibili cimici da letto, infatti ero piuttosto preoccupata. Arrivate in camera, abbiamo subito notato che la biancheria da letto presentava varie macchie, tra cui di sangue. Abbiamo chiesto al personale della reception di cambiarci le lenzuola o darci un’altra stanza, alla fine ci hanno spostate nella stanza vicina dove la biancheria sembrava un po’ più pulita. Il bagno invece era abbastanza pulito. In generale però pulizia carente (capelli sul pavimento ecc). Personale svogliato, scocciato e poco sorridente. Inoltre deposito bagagli a pagamento (circa 2€). Unico aspetto positivo di questo ostello è la sua posizione, super centrale. In ogni caso, non ci tornerei.

Nuestra estancia en este hostal fue una auténtica pesadilla. Lo que debería haber sido una experiencia tranquila se convirtió en un mal sueño debido a la evidente falta de higiene y profesionalismo. Desde el primer día, notamos la presencia de chinches en la habitación. Tras informar al personal, nos trasladaron a una supuesta “habitación desinfectada”. Para nuestra sorpresa, la situación empeoró en la nueva habitación, donde todas terminamos cubiertas de picaduras. Fuimos varias veces a recepción en busca de ayuda, y nos encontramos junto a otras personas que se encontraban en la misma situación. En lugar de recibir apoyo, se rieron de nosotras y nos ignoraron por completo. Finalmente, nos vimos obligadas a irnos en plena noche, sin ningún tipo de apoyo y con la sensación de haber sido completamente ignoradas. Seis chicas sin lugar donde ir en medio de la madrugada, mientras el personal se lavaba las manos. Hasta el día de hoy, seguimos sin respuesta ni compensación alguna, lo que demuestra una absoluta falta de seriedad por parte de la administración. Este lugar es insalubre, y quienes lo gestionan parecen no tener ningún interés en las condiciones de los huéspedes. Bajo ningún concepto recomendaría este sitio a nadie. Manténganse alejados si valoran su salud y seguridad.

Una experiencia INACEPTABLE. ¡Chinches y mala gestión! ¡¡No pongo 0 estrellas porque no puedo!! Nos hospedamos en este hostal y la última noche fue un auténtico desastre. Desde la primera noche creímos ver chinches en nuestra habitación, y al avisar en recepción, nos cambiaron a otra “más desinfectada”. Para nuestra sorpresa, la situación empeoró en la nueva habitación, donde todas terminamos cubiertas de picaduras. Fuimos varias veces a recepción en busca de ayuda, y nos encontramos junto a otras personas que se encontraban en la misma situación. En lugar de recibir apoyo, se rieron de nosotras y nos ignoraron por completo. Nos vimos forzadas a abandonar el hostal en plena madrugada, 6 chicas sin tener adónde ir. El trato fue inhumano y, hasta el día de hoy, no hemos recibido ningún tipo de compensación ni respuesta a nuestros correos electrónicos. Es una vergüenza que un lugar así siga operando. No recomendaría este hostal a nadie; la higiene es pésima, el personal es irrespetuoso y no se hacen responsables de las plagas en sus instalaciones. No arriesguen su salud ni su seguridad alojándose aquí.

Our room was full of bedbugs. One of us was bitten. When we told them, they offered us another room, assuring us that it had been disinfected. Within 10 minutes of being in the new room, we had already found 5 bedbugs. When we went to complain, they didn't offer us any solution. It was 12 at night and they left us stranded and didn't even give us our money back.

The place is infested with BED BUGS! I counted 30+ bites all over my body: back, wrists, shoulders, legs. The most awful experience ever. They promised a refund, but then never did. Avoid this filthy place!

I was beeten by bed bugs (20+ bites on all of my body). They promised a refund, but I've not received it yet, besides who gives a damn If I have to debug my own place now?? On top of that, this used to be a nice, clean hostel with friendly staff and a great atmosphere. It's none of those things anymore.

I had 2 person separate room. Room was unclean, spots and hairs on sheet and bed, dust everywhere, even found some nails on the floor. Absolutely obvious that place is not kept clean. Also on the last day of the stay I found bites of bed bugs on legs. Absolutely inappropriate. Also it was not cheap at all, you can rent apartments at this price. I would never recommend this place to anyone unless you want got bitten by bed bugs and sleep in dirty sheets.

Got bed bug bites. I got a 6-female room, and it was filled with strong body odor. The shared bathroom was hot and humid without any air ventilation.

This hostel has a very corporate and unwelcoming vibe. They always seem to be trying to get more money out of you, despite the "live, laugh, love" quirky decor. Keep in mind for this review we stayed in a 4 bed room on the first floor as a private group. The beds were bunks, with the top bunk having no way of gripping the ladder on the left side as you go up/down it. This made being in top bunk quite a punishment. The beds also creaked like crazy, especially if you were in top bunk. There were two toilets and showers for our corridor of about 6 rooms so they were always in use. The toilet and shower share a sink room which isn't lockable, but the toilet and shower doors are. This means the handle and lock of the toilet door are inherently covered in bacteria due to lack of sink and soap in the toilet room. The soap dispenser was regularly empty. The use of a towel is a non refundable cost of 16zl, where in most hostels it's a 10zl deposit or free. I chose to drip dry instead and the complete lack of ventilation in the shower and bathroom in general made it a hellish experience. The bathrooms also always stank of sh*t because of this, and there were significant mold problems. There was no shower gel or shampoo provided, pretty standard for a hostel, but there was a lightly used vibrator in the shower going unclaimed for a couple nights. A little welcome gift. The sinks in the bathroom were too small to fit a water bottle under, meaning you had to take a trip up to 4th floor to get water. 4th floor is a bar and kitchen where the beers are 14zl and they don't let you drink anything from outside the hostel, even after the bar is closed and you can no longer get drinks from the bar. Kitchen has no oven but does have enough pots and pans to cook a half decent meal. Knives are very blunt. On the last night I found a bed bug on my pillow and took a picture before killing it.

Ok hostel, but just a warning, we woke up to bedbugs on the first night. Asked to move rooms, and then met someone who had just checked in and been put in the bed we had just left with bed bugs, so not too much care from the hostel on getting rid of them! On the bright side the shared common area is nice, as well as the kitchen, and location is good.

Shortly after going to bed, my right leg started to itch above the knee. Since I could not think of where a mosquito might have bitten me, I became concerned and started inspecting the bed--pillow, sheets, and duvet--for bedbugs. When I flipped the duvet over, there it was, a BEDBUG!!! I captured it in a paper towel and went to flush it, and I did not discover any further welts the next day, but I stayed somewhere else the next night because bedbugs are a dealbreaker for me.

WCs were a mess by evening, as some guests apparently remain challenged by indoor plumbing, and could use a briefing at sign-in on waste and paper disposal.

Stayed in the 6-bedroom. Pretty sure the were bed bugs in the bed. Shower rooms and bathrooms are decent. I would not say it is very clean.
