   Boa localização e cama confortável ABSURDO! O atendimento é péssimo e completamente desorganizado. Não existe recepção; a porta fica trancada e todas as orientações chegam apenas por mensagem. Os hóspedes precisam se ajudar, pois muitas vezes nem conseguem abrir a porta. O pior de tudo: entraram no quarto, REMOVERAM MINHAS COISAS DA MINHA CAMA, SEM PERMISSÃO E SEM EU ESTAR PRESENTE, porque decidiram me mudar de quarto sem aviso. O mesmo já havia acontecido com outros dois hóspedes e suspeitamos de overbook. A cama é boa e a localização também, mas o atendimento é simplesmente inaceitável. English OUTRAGEOUS! Guests end up having to help each other because many times they can’t even get the door open. The worst part: they entered the room and REMOVED MY BELONGINGS FROM MY BED WITHOUT PERMISSION AND WITHOUT ME BEING THERE, because they decided to move me to another room without notifying me. The same thing had already happened to two other guests, and we suspect overbooking. The bed is good and the location is fine, but the service is absolutely unacceptable.

   OUTRAGEOUS! The service is terrible and completely disorganized. There is no reception; the door stays locked, and all instructions are sent only by message. Guests end up having to help each other because many times they can’t even get the door open. The worst part: they entered the room and REMOVED MY BELONGINGS FROM MY BED WITHOUT PERMISSION AND WITHOUT ME BEING THERE, because they decided to move me to another room without notifying me. The same thing had already happened to 2 other guests, and we suspect overbooking. The bed is good and the location is fine, but the service is absolutely unacceptable. ES INSÓLITO! La atención es pésima y completamente desorganizada. No existe recepción; la puerta permanece cerrada y todas las instrucciones llegan solo por mensaje. Los huéspedes tienen que ayudarse entre sí porque muchas veces ni siquiera pueden abrir la puerta. Lo peor de todo: entraron en la habitación y RETIRARON MIS PERTENENCIAS DE MI CAMA SIN PERMISO Y SIN MI PRESENCIA, porque decidieron cambiarme de cuarto sin avisar. Lo mismo ya había ocurrido con otros dos huéspedes, y sospechamos de overbooking. La cama es buena y la ubicación también, pero la atención es absolutamente inaceptable.

   I hate arriving at a hostel, nobody there, I broke in, found another traveler to call the manager. I arrived when reception was supposed to be open. Pushing on the door hard opened it.No key to my room, landlord offered me a second room someone had slept in the night before. Third room was pretty nice, (where I stayed). Hostel is nice but basic.

   This is very new hostel and there's no reception or no staff on the property. The worst part is check in, no one informs how to check in, called in plenty of times to get in touch and finally got the access code to the lock box outside the hostel. After whole day of exploring the city, came back to no key in the lock box and after calling the hostel number and knocking for 40 min, some other traveler opened the door. Moreover there was toilet paper in bathrooms on second day. Need active staff.
