Hafez Hotel Apartments - Al Ras Metro Station

I like the staff, the receptionist was so nice and kind at that time. First time for me to book the room. Might come back if I need to, it's value for money, the cheapest apartment I found where you can cook, sadly you can't wash clothes as there's no washing machine. The old facilities will be ok if the room was cleaner than it is at that time. Not sure if there were bed bugs. I didn't sleep there because I was thinking there might be. But I could be wrong.

The location was excellent. Accessible to the Al Ras train station, which made it such a helpful location. We stayed in the studio apartment as a family, and we were able to make a few meals. There is a small supermarket around the corner with everything we needed to cook with. That shop had a great cardamom tea on offer! LOLs. The front desk staff, manager and the cleaning staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. They helped us to book a few tourist excursions at a great rate. We met a lot of guests from several nationalities, most were very friendly too. I would definitely love to stay there again because of the value, location, ambience and how good the staff were. A few small roaches in the room. shocking, but we were provided bug spray, which helped. Thankfully, there were no bed bugs!

Location There are 2 kinds of rooms. one with cockroaches and another with bedbugs. the choice is yours. Worms roam around in the washroom. The receptionist blamed on us that there are bugs but they existed long before we checked in.

Nothing They did not give us the room we booked. They gave a smaller room and it was full of cockroaches and bedbugs.

No suelo quejarme nunca de los alejamientos, pero este sin duda es el peor en el que he estado. La habitación con cientos y cientos de cucarachas, chinches y otros insectos que ni conozco (no exagero). No estamos hablando de comodidad, sino de salud!

All the room are not clean and very bad smell inside the room.All the rooms inside too much bed bugs.i complaint 2am at night.Room boy changed my room but same feeling.very bad

Very close from every think in Dubia and near the metro Too much bed bugs 🐛. We couldn't sleep from the insects bighting us.
