Hafez Hotel Apartments - Al Ras Metro Station

The old facilities will be ok if the room was cleaner than it is at that time. Not sure if there were bed bugs. I didn't sleep there because I was thinking there might be. But I could be wrong.

A few small roaches in the room. shocking, but we were provided bug spray, which helped. Thankfully, there were no bed bugs!

There are 2 kinds of rooms. one with cockroaches and another with bedbugs. the choice is yours. Worms roam around in the washroom. The receptionist blamed on us that there are bugs but they existed long before we checked in.

They did not give us the room we booked. They gave a smaller room and it was full of cockroaches and bedbugs.

There were rats cockroaches bed bugs and everything was very dirty.

No suelo quejarme nunca de los alejamientos, pero este sin duda es el peor en el que he estado. La habitación con cientos y cientos de cucarachas, chinches y otros insectos que ni conozco (no exagero). No estamos hablando de comodidad, sino de salud!

All the room are not clean and very bad smell inside the room.All the rooms inside too much bed bugs.i complaint 2am at night.Room boy changed my room but same feeling.very bad
