Hotel Ginevra

- Климатика не работеше, стаята миришеше на цигари и беше изключително мръсно. Първата вечер отказаха да ми сменят стаята. Смениха я на втората вечер, след скандал с персонала на рецепцията.

+ The staff's were serviceable. The hotel location is excellent.

- The pillows and the duvet is extremely dirty. The room 108 bathroom is extremely uncomfortable when taking bath, there is always water leakage flooding the floor which is a very big concern to cause injuries if care is not taken. The security situation is not even very conducive / safe. They don't pick calls at all, while we're in a state of panic attacks due to some set's people shouting and screaming in the all way at the midnight obstructing us from haven a sound sleep and the funnest things about this is that the day we're about to check out from this hotel some time around 7am/8am there about someone was knocking our room to the extent that I was asking who is he/she? And the response we heard was I will be back, I then responded loudly saying you do not comes back please at that point I started calling the reception numerous times without no answer that made me to call our son immediately back home to inform him the situation we're at that moment in time. We are seriously frightened because the room telephone is not even working to reach out to the receptionist to come to our rescue or safety either. That's when I started using my phone to call with no answer numerous times I called. I'm willing to send the prove of my call logs of calling the reception. And I will like Booking.com to investigate this issue as a serious safety issues or matter. I could observed a CCTV camera installed in the corridor/ the all way. Which could be helpful to determine what was happening on the day in question which was o the 21st of January 2026.

- Non mi è piaciuto niente frigo rotto tende staccate tanto sporco copertina stracciata e ricucita cuscino inesistente era un pezzo di gomma piuma e molto sporca bagno senza finestra e con aspiratore rotto ruggine dentro la vasca da bagno e rubinetteria stra pieni di ruggine un hotel 3 stelle che non offre nessun servizio dovrebbe essere zero stelle perché ci sono zero servizi per un caffe dovevo uscire fuori l'hotel per fare raffreddare un pochino le bevande li mettevo fuori alla finestra oltretutto rotta e sporchissima penso mai pulite

- Una struttura orribile sia nell’ambiente, sia come personale! Non ho mai visto un bagno talmente squallido in vita mia! Non funzionava nulla! Perdite d’acqua ovunque! Senza sapone! Senza un bicchiere! Orribile la coperta coi buchi!

- alles bis auf die lage, einfach katastrophe fenster undicht, hat auch nicht geschlossen (konnte also auch im "geschlossenen Zustand" aufgezogen werden, Toilette lief das wasser am boden raus, usw. für eine Nacht habe ich mit 2 personen 144 euro bezahlt. bei dieser zimmerqualität und den Mängeln müsste man das geld eigentlich zurück verlangen!!!!!

+ Tres bon accueil, l'hôtel est tres bien situé ( gare centrale a quelques pas), chambre spatieuse et propre. Le rapport qualité prix est bon

+ The property was very close to the central station, so it was an excellent and convenient location for day trips to Pompeii, for example, or for getting on line 1 metro around the city.

- Being so near the train station, it could be very noisy at night and the walls are a bit thin. Earplugs a must if you’re a light sleeper like me.

+ Posizione centrale, letto comodo, camera ben climatizzata, ottima pulizia, personale professionale

+ They don’t do breakfast but the hotel is sited close to many places to eat. It is very conveniently sited very close to the railway station. I had read some mixed reviews of the hotel and was worried they might be true, but they weren’t. I had a large comfortable bed in a large room with balcony over the street. The bathroom was equipped with a bath and bidet as well as the usual things. The area is not any different to the rest of central Naples.

+ Bedroom and attached bathroom were good size. Very convenient to the Train station which is what I wanted.

- Lighting in bedroom was a bit dim.

+ Tres bien situé. Hotel a prix très abordable et très correct. Chambre propre et grande, lit confortable. Possibilité de laisser son sac (gratuitement) après le check out

- Un peu de bruit le soir vu qu'on est sur un axe passant, mais ça reste d'ampleur acceptable. La rue de l'hôtel, exposée a une certaine misère sociale mais c'est ainsi dans une bonne partie de la ville. Faire un peu attention le soir, éviter de "faire trop touriste"...

+ アクセスがよい。近くにスーパーがある。冷蔵庫がついているのはありがたかった。

- シャワーのお湯の出が悪い時があった。ほかの部屋でも使っていたのかもしれないが。。。
