+ Staff was friendly and let me check-in early.
- The beds have bedbugs. I had to change beds three times but all of them had bedbugs. I had to sleep on the ground and my whole body is full of bites.
- Nous n'avons pas pu y dormir, notre chambre n'était plus disponible malgré avoir prévenu la réception d'une arrivée tardive le lendemain matin (5h), et confirmation de leur part. Nous avons donc été à la rue après notre arrivée en bus.
+ the location is perfect, but sucre is very little. The breakfast is nice, like the other hostels (I've spent one month in the city).
- The music from the restaurant is going on until after midnight very loudly. The attitude of the reception is quite bad (he said he was the manager) and not willing to help you.

- very nosiy location.cant sleep well even for one night.and the first floor is a bar, they party hard everyday .super nosiy! and the shower water suddenly become cold sometimes .omg. this hostel is my nightmare. i ll not come here again
13MAY2025: BEDBUGS Sadly was a terrible stay. The first night I woke up with a bite that I tried to convince myself was a mosquito so I slept one more night…what a mistake. One hour into the night I was covered in bedbug bites and had to sleep in chairs all night. The manager tried to charge me for this night but I refused but he charged me for the compromised laundry which should have been complimentary for the inconvenience. Save yourself a huge headache and go elsewhere.
Really disappointed with this hostel. It’s above the loudest bar so you can’t sleep, the room was dusty and smelled musty, there was zero atmosphere and my private room had a private bathroom that was outside through a courtyard.
+ Il y a un restaurant par dessous, mucho ruido y usan la cocina compartida para otro restaurante pues no puedes usarla.
pésimo servicio, especialmente la chica del desayuno muy arrogante y despectiva, solo trata bien a los huéspedes extranjeros y no a los locales.
Terrible service, especially the very arrogant and contemptuous breakfast girl, only treats foreign guests well and not locals.
al llegar nos atendieron muy bien pero al momento de terminar el pago dijeron que no son los precios que ellos manejan, asi que nos dio 2 opciones: 1 de continuar con los cuartos pero aumentando casi el doble de lo acordado en la pagina. 2 la devolución del anticipo nosotros optamos por la 2, así que nos fuimos molestos a buscar otro hotel, es la primera vez que tengo este problema
At the time of our arrival they didn’t have our reservation and the bedroom they could offer was more expensive. We refused to pay more and asked to cancel our booking so we can have our deposit back. They said the were not able to do so -yeah of course- even if the reservation was displayed in the app and the web site. The receptionist treat us really bad and give us the option to sleep in the street. He didn’t even want to call his superior…. Not recommended

+ Especialmente la personal de este hostel es estupenda. Es un hostel que nadie quiere salir. La ubicación es perfecta. La comida, se vende almuerzo para un muy buen precio, es deliciosa. Los lecciones de español también, eran muy buenos, divertidos y baratos.
- Hay un Bar abajo y en los tardes hay ruido. Pero se cierra a un buen tiempo entonces no es tan malo.

+ Excelente custo beneficio. A localização é otima e o atendimento impecável, noa receberam de madrugada e ajudaram com os pacotes turísticos também. O café da manhã varia de acordo com o dia e é bem completo também.
- Um dos banheiros não tinha box/cortina o que molhava o assento sanitário após o banho e por ser um prédio antigo, os banheiros privativos não são anexos ao quarto, entao você recebe uma chave separada para acessar eles, nada demais, segue excelente pelo custo benefício e simpatia de todos.

- Das WIFI ist leider katastrophal.
+ Muy bien mi ubicado, cerca de todo. El personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar.
- El baño tenía graves problemas con la regulación de la temperatura del agua, no pude bañarme ningún día a un buen nivel. O estaba muy fría, o hirviendo. Otro gran problema es el internet para la TV, no cargaba nada.

- Es terribel salir en la noche y esperar a que te abran quien sabe a qué hora. La única ducha quw funciona bien es la de la cafetería, las otras solo funciona la llave de agua fria.
+ Funcionários solícitos e simpáticos. Quarto espaçoso e camas confortáveis com bons cobertores. Café da manhã simples mas suficiente
- Pegamos banheiro coletivo, inicialmente apenas um chuveiro com água fria. Depois disponibilizaram outro banheiro, mas a água ficava muito quente! Estava com crianças e essa parte do banho foi difícil.
+ Gostei muito do atendimento dos funcionários. Todos muito simpáticos e acolhedores
- Não teve nada que eu não gostasse.

- O sistema de ter que ficar batendo na porta para entrar quando vc sai a noite, talvez uma fechadura eletrônica ou chaves seria uma alternativa

- Un bar (bruyant) dans le patio juste en dessous . Également la lumière la nuit.le petit déjeuner est très limité. Je ne pense pas que le patron mange ça !!!
