Bedbugs! Stayed here for one night while transiting through Auckland. Room is just ok. But woke up to bedbugs. Just went back to see there is one review about this already. Highly disappointed.

The first time I stayed here, everything was fine. But this time it was the worst experience: I booked a single room and when I entered the room they gave me, the room was occupied by a homeless guy. After that, I got a new room where I found a bed bug. At least they gave me a full refund.
