I stay here alot. I love the vibe, the staff, the facilities available, the clean bathrooms, the clean rooms and my cubby right? This was my last stay with Lylo on an evening where I was so TIRED! this is the first time I had experienced this too. My room stunk like toe jams, my cabin this time was dirty! there were crumbs in the bed, the sheets were crumbled, the mirror was dusty the fan in my cabin did not work but that is ok, they put extra fan and heating in the room for you. This is the first time I experienced BED BUGS! it was so bad the next morning when I woke up I had bites all over my body and till this day I have UGLY scars from it. I know I shouldve told the staff and they wouldve easily moved me elsewhere because the staff are very accommodating. This is also the first instance it happened to me. I guess I wanted to leave this review for both the guests to know that if you experience the same as I did - just go and get your beds swapped and talk to the staff they will help you out - dont just think you can cope with it and fall asleep. Also for the staff - you need to maintain cleanliness throughout your facility, you are turning guests over regularly and they travel from everywhere bringing all sorts with them. so cleanliness should be very important to you. I also hope that when I eventually raised my concern about my bed at checkout that you did cordone and did a deep clean of that cabin. ALSO! for the guests - these cubbies are tiny. At least be clean when you hop into bed! PLEASE! dont wear your shoes in bed dang! - saw this a number of times.

Bedbugs! Stayed here for one night while transiting through Auckland. Room is just ok. But woke up to bedbugs. Just went back to see there is one review about this already. Highly disappointed.

Well designed, nice private pods Gave me bed bugs - they deny this but my body covered head to toe in bed bug bites beg to differ.

The first time I stayed here, everything was fine. But this time it was the worst experience: I booked a single room and when I entered the room they gave me, the room was occupied by a homeless guy. After that, I got a new room where I found a bed bug. At least they gave me a full refund.
