Tengo la piel llena de picaduras de chinches de cama. Le ha sucedido lo mismo a los que se alojaron en la misma habitación que yo. No pueden permitir esas condiciones higiénicas/sanitarias, ya que el daño que se nos ha causado no se va a ver compensado, así que traten de acabar con los insectos para la próxima estancia.

There was a tiny bed bug on my bed. At first i found weird blood and black stain on my bed known for the sign of infection. I reported this and asked staff to change bed. But she didn’t take it seriously and accept my request. After a night, i found a small bite on my arm and actually found a bed bug. Eventually another worker changed room but i was mad the first worker who ignored my request. What if i slept for more nights? Staffs should take care of cleanliness and customer request carefully!

En los días que estuve alojada en una habitación de seis personas, en ninguno pasaron a limpiarla. El baño daba asco. El vater asqueroso, el suelo lleno de pelos y gotas de cosas extrañas. Pelusas por toda la habitación, que se te pegaban a los zapatos. En la habitación encontré varias chinches. La ubicación está bien pero tampoco me quedaría solo por la ubicación. No volvería más.

Bed bugs. I’m allergic to them, so after spending one night in this hostel before my flight back home, I had to cure bites for another two weeks and a half, and they were also on my face :D Not very clean bathrooms. I didn’t give it 1/10 because they were still good things about this accommodation..

This hostel was good value for money and in a well connected location. Unfortunately, my bed had bed bugs but the staff were very helpful and quick to move me to a new room. The new room was better but quite dusty and I still got bites. There were a lot of school groups here which is understood but just something to note.

Good value for money in a great location with friendly staff. My room had bed bugs, they moved the whole room promptly.

J'ai l'impression qu'au 3e étage des dortoirs étaient touchés par une colonie de punaises de lits. Dortoirs condamnés, portes calfeutrées et traitement chimique à odeur forte. Pas très rassurant. A priori pendant mes 3 nuits je n'ai pas été piqué donc mon dortoirs devait être vraiment épargné.

The blonde tattooed girl at the entrance who is in charge of check-ins called me a bitch from the first moment for no reason at all, she was rude and rude also, I was bitten by bed bugs and now I have all the bites on my body (I attach photos) I had to see a doctor and now I am on antihistamine and antibiotic cream

I found a bed bug in my bunk. There were strange guests who came into the room late and point phone flashlights at you. There were also noisy people on 3rd floor, dropping stuff on the floor and running on the hallway at past midnight. There were also guests on the 1st floor, running, shouting and knocking on doors at past midnight. Strange guest who came in at past midnight at room 282, did not know where to sleep, and have nothing with him (no bag or luggage). Very suspicious.

Nous avons eu des punaises de lit dans notre chambre qui comportait un lit double. Après avoir été déplacé dans une autre chambre nous n'avons plus eu de lit double. Étant plutôt grand (1m89) j'ai dû dormir dans un des lit superposés, lit dans lequel je rentrais à peine.

Lack of towels, dirty pillow, after spending the night in the hostel, I found a lot of bites on myself (possibly from bedbugs)

Come prepared for sweltering hot rooms. It felt like a sauna in ours all day/all night long with no way to cool it down other than a door that opened to a very loud and busy street. The 6 bed dorms are impossible to move around in, so getting ready in the morning was very difficult. I liked the look of it, and the beds were simple and comfortable. However I did find a bug on my pillow during my second night, I’ve never seen a bed bug before, but very much could have been after reading some more reviews.

Hostel was ok on first impressions, however after our first night we found multiple bed bugs in all of our beds, and even the duvet had some blood/bug stains. We left immediately and requested a full refund. At first they only offered to compensate one night and put us in a new room, however we didn’t feel comfortable with the amount that we found in our room alone and once we told them we were going to stay elsewhere they offered a full refund. This seems to be a ongoing issue judging by the staffs reaction. If they are able to eliminate the bed bugs, this hostel would be pretty good. It has a great location in downtown Berlin, close to lots of shops, bars and clubs. Bathrooms could use a deep clean.

The hostel itself is fine, besides the bedbugs that crawl through your bed at night. I am staying here with a few friends when we were startled by bed bugs while turning over our pillows in the morning. The staff was quite lax about this, while I actually think it is a serious problem, this is my first time backpacking and this hostel is our first stop. We also couldn't even wash our clothes in the hostel after finding the bedbugs. Bizarre!

Alot of kids everywhere. Girl in my room got bed bugs. Dirty showers and toilets. Friendly staff, decent bar and lounge, decent rooms. Cheap. Had a good time all in all. Bad ventilation.

5/12 of our rooms had bed bugs. There are shared showers and really bad bedding. Breakfast had no plates to put our bread on and I had to eat on a napkin, and there also weren't any bowls so I could not get any fruit or yogurt if I wanted to. Our toilet and bathroom door locks were both broken.

Nice, modern hostel in the center of the city. The option of private rooms is great, we also liked the breakfast that you can purchase for EUR 8.5 (including bread, cereal, salami, cheese, butter, joghurt, veggies, orange juice and coffee - with soy milk option too) The bed mattress had waterproof cover that prevents any bedbugs. The shower had some mold and limescale that could have been cleaned better but other than that everything was great. Staff is really nice, friendly!

El hotel tiene un gran problema con la limpieza. Los limpiadores parecen no hacer nada, solo se pasean con la fregona. No nos solucionaron un problema con el cerrojo de nuestra puerta. Vimos a un camarero del desayuno escurriendo una balleta sucia en el mismo recipiente donde mete el agua del desayuno. Además, las duchas estaban llenas de champús gastados, tiritas y ropa, un auténtico horror. Mi compañera de habitación tuvo una fuerte reaccion alérgica debido a que le picaron chinches en la habitación, que evidentemente, no limpian. Ha tenido que ir al hospital y le han recetado pastillas y crema antihistamínica. Cero recomendable este sitio.

Muy sucio. Poca higiene. Colchón húmedo de sudor del anterior huésped y almohada usada y sucia. El suelo del pasillo constantemente sucio y pegajoso. En la ducha de hombres había una banda de depilar con pelos pegados en la pared. El personal de limpieza nunca se encargó de quitarlo. Mi compañera de habitación desarrolló una alergia y múltiples picaduras por chinches en todo el cuerpo por las malas condiciones higiénicas de las camas. Experiencia horrible.

Mostly had a good time here, although as some reviews have already said there is no air conditioning so on our first night it was nearly 30 degrees in the room so made sleep very difficult. The most disappointing thing would be that since staying there I have small bug bites on my arms and some on my leg. Can't say for certain it was bed bugs but it seems very likely since I would wake up with more each day
