+ Location and the staff m, specially Oscar who was very polite and helpful.
- Everything else . The terrible room - very damp - mold everywhere on the walls - bathroom do basic, moody and water had no pressure. The room was extremely cold and n heating and no insulation. There is no way that this accommodation scored 9.2. This is very very misleading for those who come to book it. The private rooms has silver fish and wood warm everywhere as it was so damp. The towels wouldn’t dry either. Very poor quality accommodation. Staff and the location were the only good things about the place.

- Sobrevendieron mi reserva, no dieron opciones, llegue un dia con bastante ocupacion. Tuve que realizar otra reservacion de forma rapida ya que el personal del hotel no pudo apoyarme.

- Tuvimos un problema con un huesped que estaba muy borracho,nos insulto y nos amenazo.Decidimos irnos del hostal pero el encargado nos dijo que iban a echar al otro huesped porque estaba muy borracho y violento.Entonces decidimos quedarnos.Nuestra sorpresa fue encontrarnos la mañana siguiente con este huesped en el hostal,con mirada desafiante para colmo.Nos sentimos engañados por los responsables.Nosotros no pedimos que se echara a esta persona del hostal,nosotros decidimos irnos nosotrxs,no lo hicimos porque nos hicieron creer que la otra persona ya no estaba alli.

- 최악의 숙소입니다 . 1인실은 햇빛이 안 들어인지 습기에 천정에 시커먼 그을음에 습기 냄새로 숨을 쉴수가 없고 화장실도 최악으로 노후화. 온수도 틀어놓고 30분은 되야 조금씩 나옵니다 . 밤에 도착했는데 그 추운 날에 왜 문을 활짝 열어 놨는지 알겠더라구요. 하루자고 배로 옮겼고 돈은 양심이 있는지 환불해 주더라구요.. 절대 가지 마세요.1점도 아까워요..

- On a new stay I reserved a certain bed but when come back there I found out the bed will not be free.
- L'endroit a un bon potentiel mais c'est trop austère, la chambre de 6 pour femmes où j'étais est très bruyante à cause de la ventilation, les lits n'ont pas de rideaux, il n'y a pas de fenêtre et c'est donc mal ventilé ! L'ambiance est malheureusement glaciale et pas du tout chaleureuse. Mauvaise expérience pour moi malheureusement

- Purtroppo ci è stata assegnata una camera piena di muffa.. non si riusciva a respirare. Abbiamo chiesto allo staff di potercela cambiare ma non è stato possibile. Soggiorno terribile
+ Score: 1/10 for the room, bonus point for the people working there. The roof terrace and general hostel vibe are nice. They let us use the facilities before check in which was great after a night bus.
- The room was full of mould and everything was moist. There was some kind of ventilation system to deal with it that made an extreme amount of noise, but that was far from enough as the private rooms with bathroom are just built very badly. They shouldn't be allowed to rent out these rooms.
No shade terrace. No atmosphere. Bad lockers. Female dorm TERRIBLE. A lady (exactly the type of selfish, entitled, boomer American who make the rest of us look awful) stays there all summer and is often in the room, making it harder to use without her being disturbed. The en-suite bathroom is gross, with people having diarrhea and not closing the toilet, letting fumes take over the whole small, cramped room, causing sickness. Pin lock broken, so was trapped in room until reception brought pliers

The hostel has it all: comfortable beds, terrace, very nice staff, kitchen and good location One thing: that the water from the shower is warm, but it is a detail :)
+ La limpieza del espacio. Además contaba con cobijas extra y limpias para mitigar el frío por la noche En la recepción fueron muy amables también
- Que el baño tenía un enorme traga luz. Es bueno, porque permite iluminarlo, pero al mismo tiempo de pronto se sentía inseguro. Además que el baño requiere un poco más de ventilación

+ The staff was amazing, the shared kitchen super equipped, free coffee, tea and water. The cleaning service. The tours we got with them, amazing and great value for money. The location was great, close to the center - walking distance. The other people in the hostel. The water in the room, the terrace.
- The mold in the room. The staff put a dehumidifier in the room, so they were aware of it and the machine helped. We slept with the window down and the machine on so it was fine, which is why my rating is still a 10/10 despite this fact. Amazing value for money.

+ キッチン、共用スペース、シャワー、ベットまわり全てが使いやすく設計されていた。 スタッフも愛想良く、また市内中心地にも近かった。 長く滞在したいと思うホステルだった。
+ Petite chambre au calme, propre et très bien située. Personnel agréable, une cuisine est à disposition avec de l'eau et du café.
- Malheureusement, il y a un gros problème d'humidité dans la chambre malgré désinstallation de déshumidification la chambre reste très très humide et très froide la nuit.

+ El centro está ha tres calles , está limpio y la habitación es grande con una terraza que podría tener unas mejoras para poder disfrutar de ella .
- Definitivamente el agua en la dicha es pésima,no hay presión y el agua caliente no se mantiene constante dura unos cuantos minutos,las almohadas son terribles en verdad y otra cosa muy muy importante la base de la cama es de madera , muy sencilla y rechina todaaaaaa la noche imposible lograr dormir.
+ It was all good and the place is very welcoming with equipped kitchen and common spaces. We stayed for a week in two different rooms which were both fine
