When I arrived I was checked into my private room. The receptionist asked if I wanted to upgrade to an AC room for an extra 600php which I said no. I then found an ants nest in my bed, I asked to move rooms but she said they had none available, claiming the AC room was a dormitory. I was forced to move to another hotel, they organised me a taxi but still made me pay for my taxi to get to another location! All round terrible customer service! AVOID.
Did not enjoy my stay here. Has a lot of potential but seems unfinished and had a lot of issues. Dorms were fairly clean but were not cleaned regularly. Same with the bathroom. Bathrooms were not cleaned once in our four days staying there. Dorms have AC but is turned off in peak hours leaving the room unbearably hot. Nothing to do during the day and nowhere to lounge around. Only positives were family dinner and free breakfast. It was also not a friendly vibe among travellers. Would not rec
Very overrated hostel in my opinion. The place gives a run-down impression, facilities are very basic and the location isn‘t great either. On top, the fan was dripping water during night destroying my charger and damaging my passport in the locker underneath. They didn‘t hand out towels either. However, the place is very social, the google maps is great and the breakfast included is - for hostel standards - quite nice. Wouldn‘t stay here again though.
I’ve been unfortunate because my bed smelled so bad on the first night. My pillow smelled like a person without shower for 5 days has been sleeping there, therefore I had to cover it with my shirt on the first night. Following my request it was replaced in the second day. Toilette and showers were ok, but there was a lack of comfortable furnitures for a big hostel with a lot of available space as this one. Globally I was expecting more
très bien, le dortoir est très spacieux et le lieux est agréable (quand il ne pleut pas), un peu déçue par l'absence d'eau chaude cependant
Not the best of hostels to have stayed in, rooms were okay, pretty empty which was the only best part, shower and toilet facilities were okay, paths to the rooms were very slippery near towards the back of the property. Staff were nice and happy, activities were abit of a disappointment as being a minimum of 2/3 people for them, better off hiring a bike and doing them yourself, bike hire was convenient. The rep wasn’t the best not very sociable and didn’t want to be out on pub crawl.
I booked one of the 4 beds and did not realise there was a “deluxe dorm” as this was fully booked. The hut we were in was quite dirty, did not lock, the sheets had stains all over them and had no mosquito nets but had windows so I got bitten really badly. The social atmosphere is nice though and the family dinner and quiz was a nice touch. Lots of tours to join too.
+ Social (not party), good for solo travelers + Nice service, can book all ur trips in the hostel, nice google map with all the information - No AC during the day in the deluxe dorms, way to hot to take a rest there. - Bathroom could be way cleaner - Banging doors in the dorm kept me awake all nights - Cash only. All in all I think its a bit overpriced

awesome dorms and amenities, breakfast is very yummy and all locally sourced! wasn’t the most social hostel i’ve stayed at but great place to chill and unwind, you can also rent a scooter and they offer many tours/activities. staff was very lovely and helpful
This hostel was incredible! One of the best I’ve ever stayed in - super spacious dorms, delicious breakfast and great atmosphere at family dinner. It’s a really peaceful stay. But by far the most impressive thing was the amount of work Uriel the Super Host had put into making it fantastic - scooter lessons, free diving, tailored tours and an amazingly detailed google maps list on arrival including suggested time to go places when they’d be less busy. Honestly wish every hostel was like thi...
Staff were super helpful here. Not the most central location so you definitely need to rent a scooter to get around, the hostel offers a free scooter class which was great!
Best hostel in the Philippines - spacious dorms with no upper beds. The breakfast lived up to the hype and they have a family dinner every night I was there.
Great place to stay, met some very cool people as the hostel is very social and my dorm was very clean.
10/10 hostel - the deluxe 8 bed dorms were amazing and you get so much space. Staff super friendly (shoutout to Steph) and always available on the front desk - free towels rental with deposit. They had free yoga classes and scooter lessons. Every night was a family dinner so the atmosphere was great. Really clean and the tours you can book through them were also fab. 10/10
I had a great stay here! Uriel and the team made my time in Bohol very fun - they have lots of advice and details on how to make the most of your time in Bohol and to explore the island.
Loved my stay at Coco Farm. The dorms are super modern, clean and spacious, family dinner organised every night, pancakes for breakfast, and they organise tours! If you don’t drive a motorbike you will need a tuk tuk or grab car to take you into the main town, but reception are always happy to help!
Family dinner every day. Social, good facilities.
Fantastic stay - the information about things to do nearby provided by the hostel was famtastic! Very friendly atmosphere, would definitely recommend staying here!
Very lovely hostel, great atmosphere, daily family dinners/events that make it easy to meet people, delicious breakfast and good quality dorms
Easily the best hostel I’ve stayed in. The dorms are incredible with so much space and privacy. The vegan pancakes for breakfast every day were amazing! Bathrooms are good. They have family dinners most nights so it’s easy to meet people and other activities too. The staff are amazing. I really appreciated the free scooter lesson. They help you organise tours. It’s a great location near some beautiful beaches. Only negative is no wifi in the dorm. Everyone should stay here.
Absolutely loved this hostel. The staff were very welcoming and kind (Stephanie, Mary and Uriel). The volunteers were fantastic and lot of fun (Erin, Rachel and Tegan).
The family dinners were really nice! The best pillows I have had in the Philippines
I absolutely loved staying at coco farm, its one of my favourite places to stay in the Philippines. The breakfast is sooo delicious!! The staff were really helpful and gave the best suggestions for things to do. I can’t recommend the chocolate making workshop enough.
I had an amazing stay at this hostel! The dorms were spacious and felt almost like a private room, with plenty of storage and even two pillows. Bathrooms were clean and modern. The common area had a beautiful jungle vibe, perfect for relaxing and socialising. They host nightly dinners and activities, making it easy to meet people. Great location near restaurants and beaches, though some attractions require a drive. Friendly staff—thanks to Uriel for free scooter lessons! Highly recommend!
This hostel is overall amazing, the dorms are huge, clean, good hot showers cleaned daily. The breakfast is really good and the family dinners are a nice way to meet people! The staff that work here are lovely however my only complaint would be that the volunteers here aren’t that friendly and tend to stick to their own little group. As a hostel though truly amazing!
Helt fantastisk, sykt hyggelig ansatte, veldig inviterende miljø fra alle. Veldig fine rom og et ganske annerledes uteområde. Familie middagene er helt fantastiske og sykt lett å møte folk.
Cannot recommend this hostel enough, we stayed for three nights and were sad to leave! Lovely owners, family dinners every night so really easy to meet other people, great rooms, friendly dogs and one of the best free breakfasts we have had, you have to try their homemade peanut butter!
Jungle vibes in big city! Was sick
