Bed bugs and cockroaches in the rooms. I tried to inform the staff multiple times but was ignored. Everything was very unclean, from the pools to the beds and the bathrooms. Unfortunate because otherwise it could’ve been a great place.

they just made it an eye catching hostel, not what they show in reality manager didn't returned my money back as he promised. so i paid for full 6 nights but i stayed there only for one night, People in my room smoked cigarettes, i had some bites on my body which I assumed it was from bedbug bites,

Die Lobby ist prima und die Lage ist fast unschlagbar🙂 Leider hatten wir Bettwanzen und wurden total zerstochen, nach der Reklamation haben wir tatsächlich sehr schnell ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Bei der Sauberkeit ist auch noch Luft nach oben. Leider gehört die Terrasse zum Restaurant von neben an, so dass man nicht mal ein selbst organisiertes Getränk dort trinken darf😒

The location is ideal for tourists. Staff were friendly. Only stay here if you are very tight on budget and are very young and only care about four walls and a roof to sleep under and have zero expectations. It is a motel by every definition of the word. AC unit was extremely loud which prevented me from getting ANY sleep, and worked more like a fan i strand of air conditioning and cooling the room. I have what appears to be bed bug bites but can’t tell for certain - could be some other bug bites. The hallways were very loud from younger guests and was not controlled by the staff. WI-FI was not stable. Not enough lights In the room. Door did not have privacy/safety lock from inside. The only chair in the room had broken/loose legs. Water was shut off for a few hours during the day and without any notice. Some staff lied that it was the city shut off the water, others said it was for maintenance - still don’t know the reason but the AC was not working during the time either and it was unbearably hot. Majority of the staff spoke poor English which was difficult to communicate with them since I do not speak Spanish at all.

BED BUGS ALERT. BEEN BRUTALLY BITTEN. STAY AWAY. NOT CLEAN, NO SOUP IN SHOWERS, LOUD AT NIGHT, STRANGERS COME AND CHARGE THEIR PHONES, FROM OUTSIDE.

O Viajero Miami é principalmente sobre a posição em South Beach: Collins Avenue, perto da Ocean Drive, da praia, restaurantes, brunch spots, lojas e a rota de ônibus do aeroporto. Funciona melhor como uma base curta em Miami quando localização importa mais do que polimento. Há área de piscina, bares, restaurante, ping pong, café grátis de manhã, guarda-volumes e uma programação de atividades. O lado social pode funcionar, especialmente se atmosfera de party hostel é o que você quer, mas também pode parecer irregular ou mais como um hotel compartilhado do que um hostel clássico. O setup dos dormitórios varia. As camas podem ter cortinas, portas USB, luzes e armazenamento embaixo da cama, e alguns quartos são espaçosos. O tradeoff é real: limpeza, desgaste dos banheiros, acessórios quebrados, problemas de ar-condicionado, roupa de cama fina, barulho tarde e comunicação da recepção podem ser ásperos. É uma aposta conveniente e caótica em South Beach, não uma aterrissagem suave.

- Barulho de bares, corredores, música e quartos compartilhados pode seguir até tarde da noite.
- Limpeza e manutenção são inconsistentes, especialmente banheiros, carpetes, escadas, áreas da piscina e quartos mais antigos.
- O ar-condicionado pode ser frio demais, quente demais, barulhento, quebrado ou difícil de controlar a partir do quarto.
- Banheiros dos dormitórios podem criar filas, especialmente em quartos maiores, e banheiros compartilhados extras são limitados.
- O setup de cozinha é mínimo, com acesso a geladeira ou micro-ondas em vez de uma cozinha de verdade.
- Atendimento, cobranças, reembolsos, depósitos, atribuição de camas e tratamento de objetos perdidos podem frustrar.
- Segurança e armazenamento exigem cautela; leve cadeado e mantenha objetos de valor por perto.
