No recomiendo este hostal en absoluto, la limpieza es terrible, los colchones, sabanas y almohadas en mal estado, no es seguro, no funcionan los lockers. Decoración de mal gusto. No duramos ni una hora en ese lugar, fue tan desagradable que nos tuvimos que ir a otro lugar. No sé como permiten que lugares como estos estén en la aplicación de Hostel World. Si les sirve esta review, hay hostales por el mismo precio o similar y son mil veces mejor, eviten ir a este sitio.
I don't recommend this hostel at all, the cleanliness is terrible, the mattresses, saunas and pillows are in bad condition, it's not safe, the lockers don't work. Decor of bad taste. We didn't last an hour in that place, it was so unpleasant that we had to go somewhere else. I don't know how they allow places like this to be in the Hostel World app. If this review serves you, there are hostels for the same price or similar and they are a thousand times better, avoid going to this site.
Trash experience Pulled up late ‘cause our flight got delayed but nobody there, doors locked, no help. We was outside all night till morning just to get keys. Paid for an extra night and still got locked out again at 2 a.m. Keys dead, no staff, no number to call. Locked out twice on a paid stay. Disrespectful, unorganized, unsafe vibes. Don’t book this place.
I have pretty low standards for hostels, but this was an absolutely terrible experience in every way. The staff wasn’t there and a lot of people had to wait a very long time to check in. Then they told me my reservation wasn’t in the system. A long list of “fines” and expensive extra costs for basic things that are usually provided for free or much cheaper. Don’t bother staying here.
Asked for toilet paper as all bathrooms were out the staff basically started a fight and was man that others were asking him with no intention of solving this issue I would give it zero if possible
Hostel Sucio y los baños pocos y muy pequeños. Muy lento hacer el check in., Se espera haciendo fila . En la cocina no hay hornallas para cocinar ni horno y tampoco tenedores . No te dan sábanas ,Solo una frazada .
Dirty hostel and the bathrooms few and very small. very slow to check in., waiting in line. in the kitchen there are no cookstoves nor oven nor forks. no sheets, just a sheet.
Double bed booking! Someone was sleeping in my bed with no reception available or phone to call! I want a refund as I didn't sleep. Other receptionist in the morning took my key and walked off. I have proof of booking yet he asked me if I'm a guest repeatedly impolite. they apologised and didn't know how they booked too many people for the beds in the room. No booking system? 6am drama started again with tension in the room as one lady offered her bed to a guest and went to sleep on the floor
Un sitio que olía mal, tardaron mucho en atendernos en recepción y el primer comentario que escuchamos al entrar es que acaban de robar todas las llaves por lo que solo puede darnos una para 3 personas. Esto nos transmite 0 confianza a parte de que también habían robado el mando del aire acondicionado. Hemos estado en miles de hostales y nunca pase tan mala noche como en este. Las duchas inundadas y no se podía uno duchar bien. Sin duda, ni lo recomiendo ni repetiría.
A place that smelled bad, they took a long time to attend us at reception and the first comment we heard when we entered was that they just stole all the keys so you can only give us one for 3 people. this gives us zero confidence apart from the fact that they had also stolen the air conditioning control. we have been to thousands of hostels and never had a worse night than this one. the showers were flooded and you couldn't shower well. definitely, I neither recommend nor would I repeat it.
Llegamos sobre las 18:45 y estuvimos una hora esperando para hacer el check-in, porque no había nadie en recepción. Estábamos 10 personas esperando cuando llegó el recepcionista, y ni una disculpa ni nada. Nos jodió los planes de esa noche. Las camas no incluyen sábanas, solo la bajera. Entiendo que es un albergue barato, y no espero lujos, pero.... una sábana me parece algo básico. Debería ser ilegal ofrecer hospedaje sin sábanas. El ruido es absolutamente insoportable.
We arrived at about 18:45 and were waiting for an hour to check in, because there was no one at the reception. We were 10 people waiting when the receptionist arrived, and no apology or anything. He fucked up our plans for that night. The beds don't include sheets, only the bathrobe. I understand it's a cheap hostel, and I don't expect luxuries, but.... a sheet seems basic to me. It should be illegal to offer accommodation without sheets. The noise is absolutely unbearable.
Un desastre de hostel. Una cama de 4 dedos de grosor. Una discoteca debajo con un ruido infernal. No pude dormir en toda la noche. No tiene nada que ver con el de Barcelona en el que prima el orden la limpieza y el silencio.

Todo estaba sucio, había feo olor en los cuartos, el baño y los cuartos muy sucio. Había mucho ruido. Nosotras éramos 4 y no es un ambiente para gente joven. No lo recomiendo para nada.
Everything was dirty, there was a foul smell in the rooms, the bathroom and the rooms were very dirty. there was a lot of noise. we were 4 and it is not an environment for young people. i do not recommend it at all.

Not a great place to go. Staff were rude on my arrival. Room wasn’t clean and smelled bad. The shower was damaged and didn’t work correctly. They asked customers to mop the floor after using the shower but the mop handle was rusted and broken. That being said, it’s a cheap hostel RIGHT in the middle of Madrid. Very convenient.
dice cocina, y no cuenta con cocina, un microondas y una pava eléctrica rota. Las habitaciones todas dan a una calle MUY ruidosa, no se puede dormir (tuve que usar auriculares con ruido blanco) y otras personas comentaron lo mismo. No te dan la sábana superior de la cama, solo hay funda del colchón. el personal no presta mucha atención a lo que precises. lo único rescatable, el agua caliente y las duchas, todo ok y limpio
kitchen, and it doesn't have a kitchen, a microwave and a broken paddle. all the rooms are on a VERY noisy street, you can't sleep (you had to wear headphones with white noise) and other people commented the same. they don't give you the top sheet of the bed, only the mattress back. the staff doesn't pay much attention to what you need. the only rescueable thing, the hot water and the showers, it's okay and clean says

Es muy buena y el personal son muy atentos a nuestras sugerencias y peticiones

Solo nos quedamos una noche. La ubicación es excelente. El personal fue cordial, pero no muy atentos. En las duchas le faltan unos bancos o algo para poder dejar las cosas y que ni se mojen.
We only stayed one night. the location is excellent. the staff was friendly but not very attentive. the showers are missing some benches or something so you can leave things and not get wet.
Pessoas da receção pouco empaticas, cozinha com pouco equipamento, nenhuma loiça...clientela, colegas do quarto suspeitos e badalhocos. Quando abalaram as camas não foram feitas pelo serviço. As camas não tinham sequer cortinados para garantir alguma privacidade. Sanitarios sem indicação do sexo, chuveiros com cortinados e sem espaço para acessórios. Nenhuma televisão e material de apoio, mapas, panfletos...nada. Conselho: visitar os hoteis no caminho para Santiago de Compostela
Reception people with little empathy, kitchen with little equipment, no dishes...customers, roommates suspicious and bad-tempered. When they shook the beds were not made by the service. The beds didn't even have curtains to guarantee some privacy. Sanitaries without gender indication, showers with curtains and no room for accessories. No television and support material, maps, pamphlets...nothing. Advice: visit the hotels no camino para Santiago de Compostela
Las regaderas no son tan cómodas por que se sale toda el agua y tienes que estar limpiando todo el piso. Camas muy bien y limpias , en la recámara femenina creo que podrían poner algunos detalles femeninos como más luz y espejo en el cuarto así como también unos percheros para poner las toallas y se vea más estético y organizado. Pero sin duda vuelvo :) Mejoraría un poco la cocina o área de estar…
The showers are not so comfortable because all the water leaks out and you have to be cleaning the whole floor. very nice and clean beds, in the women's bedroom I think they could put some feminine details like more light and mirror in the bedroom as well as also some perches to put the towels and look more aesthetic and organized. but I will definitely be back :) I would improve the kitchen or living area a little bit...
Le camere non sono insonorizzate, a qualsiasi orario della notte e del giorno sembra di essere in strada. Il punto positivo è anche il suo negativo, è in pieno centro e c’è vita h24, se non è la movida sono i camion che scaricano/caricano, puliscono la strada. Tanto rumore, non ci sono tende e quindi la stanza resta luminosa in base all’ora del giorno. Nei bagni, dove non c’è la doccia non c’è acqua calda ma solo acqua fredda, cosa super negativa
The cameras are not soundproofed, at any time of the night and day it seems to be on the street. the positive point is also its negative point, it is in the middle of the city and ce vita h24, if not it is the movida are the trucks that scaricano/caricano, clean the street. so much noise, there are no curtains and therefore the room remains bright based on the time of day. in the bathrooms, where there is no shower there is no hot water but only cold water, super negative thing
Hostel is in a great location. However, the toilet paper was always out and people were extremely loud in the hallways during the night (slamming doors and yelling).

O hostel é simples e oferece condições boas para poucas noites. Não tem sabonete líquido nos banheiros e eles não são limpos com muita frequência. Eu só não recomendo esse hostel por causa do barulho. Os quartos ficam ao lado de um bar chamado La Fontana de Oro que abre as 13h e fecha só as 6h da manhã. As pessoas fazem uma algazarra ali e é impossível dormir. Parece que eles estão cantando e gritando dentro dos quartos, fora a música super alta! Fiquei horrorizada e super irrita...
The hostel is simple and offers good conditions for a few nights. There is no liquid soap in the bathrooms and they are not cleaned very often. I just don't recommend this hostel because of the noise. The rooms are next to a bar called La Fontana de Oro which opens at 1pm and closes at 6am only. People make a ruckus there and it is impossible to sleep. It seems like they are singing and shouting inside the rooms, the music outside is super loud! I was horrified and super irritated!

muy buen hostel, todo muy limpio y el personal amable. Lo único que puedo decir es que mi habitación da hacia un pub, por lo que hasta las 3 am, se escuchaba mucho ruido por la ventana y me fue difícil dormirme. Sin embargo, creo que no está en su control. Gracias por todo!
very buen hostel, everything very clean and the staff friendly. all i can say is that my room faces a pub, so until 3 am, there was a lot of noise coming from the window and i had a hard time falling asleep. however, i think it is out of your control. thank you for everything!
