Bedbug traces No changing bed No refund

Bedbugs in the capsule, have bites all over my arm. Also didnt expect that there are no towels.

We right away found a bedbug and immediately left the room and asked for a refund. They promised to contact us but they did not, despite we sent an e-mail even though they said it is not necessary. We went back after 2 days and asked an employee to call the office in front of us. We asked to be forwarded the same e-mail the employee sent to the office. We got an answer from the office that said that we stayed in the same room for 2 nights. We immediately answered with our original complaint e-mail. After 5 days of little to no contact and a weird phone call where we got asked to not write a bad review, we finally got our full refund. In addition, the room did not look like it was advertised AT ALL! (we had booked Double Room with Private Toilet).
