My room had bedbugs and the staff didn’t inform us. We found out from the people who were getting bit. We found a bedbug and had to leave in the middle of the night to another hostel and they told the other girls in our room to not tell us. I did that night refunded but not the whole stay.

Facilities and how staff treated you was great. Room was great comfy beds. The only issue was there ended up being a case of bed bugs in the one room I was staying in. The way it was handled wasn’t the best after 2 reports of bed bug spotting they still kept moving people in into the same beds and it just kept repeating. I found some in my bed too and they finally shut the room down when everyone moved out. Staff still were helpful with getting all my clothes washed and a partial refund

An absolutely awesome place to stay, staff are always really happy,friendly and keen to help. Also very inclusiveness solo travellers, inviting myself to join in games of pool or pickleball/tennis. They have whole hostel meals out 'family night' which again for a dolo traveller is so nice to do to meet others and mix. Facilities are spot on, really clean, no bed bugs so mega bonus! Whole set up is social but there are quieter areas too. Overall I would 100% recommend and go back again!

Pickleball-Spiele mit Lucas geben Gito Hostel seinen seltsamen kleinen sozialen Funken: aktiv genug, um Leute zusammenzubringen, trotzdem chillig genug, dass es nicht zur Party-Maschine wird. Family Dinners sind der andere grosse soziale Anker, mit Gruppenmahlzeiten, Bar-Stopps, Strandtagen, Radfahren, Kaffeekursen, Touren und Transporthilfe als Teil des praktischen Oekosystems. Die Atmosphaere ist warm, easy und solo-traveller-freundlich, ohne ein lautes All-Night-Hostel zu sein. Staff-Namen wie Lucas, Jerry, Kyle und Shane sind eng mit der Erfahrung verbunden: Hilfe mit lokalem Essen, Schneidern, Bussen, Aktivitaeten und damit, dass sich der Ort ungewoehnlich persoenlich anfuehlt. Zimmer sind allgemein geraeumig, sauber und bequem, mit starker Klimaanlage in Dorms, Vorhaengen oder Bettlampen an manchen Betten, Lockern oder Stauraum und genug Bodenflaeche fuer Taschen. Der Frauen-Dorm bekommt besonders starke Noten fuer Platz. Fruehstueck ist eine echte Staerke, besonders Banana Pancakes, und es gibt kostenloses Trinkwasser. Die Lage funktioniert gut fuer Hoi An: nah genug, um in etwa 5 bis 10 Minuten zur Old Town zu laufen, aber versteckt genug fuer ruhigere Naechte. Gemeinschaftsbereiche, Rooftop, Gartenflaeche, Billardtisch, Brettspiele und entspannte Fruehstueckschats machen es leicht, herumzuhaengen, ohne ein Hard-Party-Setup zu brauchen.

- Bettwanzen waren in mindestens einem Dorm ein neues Problem, mit Bedenken zur Handhabung.
- Baeder sind nicht ueberall perfekt; Schimmel, verstopfte Abfluesse, Sauberkeitsprobleme, schwacher Druck und kurze Warmwasserfenster koennen vorkommen.
- Wi-Fi kann in Zimmern schwach sein, aber in Gemeinschaftsbereichen besser.
- Das ist sozial und aktivitaetsreich, aber kein volles Party-Hostel mit Barszene im Inneren.
- Parken kann fuer Motorraeder nicht voll sicher wirken.
