My room had bedbugs and the staff didn’t inform us. We found out from the people who were getting bit. We found a bedbug and had to leave in the middle of the night to another hostel and they told the other girls in our room to not tell us. I did that night refunded but not the whole stay.

Facilities and how staff treated you was great. Room was great comfy beds. The only issue was there ended up being a case of bed bugs in the one room I was staying in. The way it was handled wasn’t the best after 2 reports of bed bug spotting they still kept moving people in into the same beds and it just kept repeating. I found some in my bed too and they finally shut the room down when everyone moved out. Staff still were helpful with getting all my clothes washed and a partial refund

An absolutely awesome place to stay, staff are always really happy,friendly and keen to help. Also very inclusiveness solo travellers, inviting myself to join in games of pool or pickleball/tennis. They have whole hostel meals out 'family night' which again for a dolo traveller is so nice to do to meet others and mix. Facilities are spot on, really clean, no bed bugs so mega bonus! Whole set up is social but there are quieter areas too. Overall I would 100% recommend and go back again!

Los partidos de pickleball con Lucas le dan a Gito Hostel su chispa social rara: lo bastante activo para juntar gente, aun lo bastante chill para no convertirse en maquina de fiesta. Las cenas familiares son la otra gran ancla social, con comidas grupales, paradas en bares, dias de playa, bici, clases de cafe, tours y ayuda de transporte como parte del ecosistema practico. La atmosfera es calida, facil y amigable para viajeros solos sin ser un hostel ruidoso toda la noche. Nombres del staff como Lucas, Jerry, Kyle y Shane estan muy ligados a la experiencia: ayuda con comida local, sastres, buses, actividades y hacer que el lugar se sienta inusualmente personal. Las habitaciones son generalmente espaciosas, limpias y comodas, con aire acondicionado fuerte en dormitorios, cortinas o luces de cama en algunas camas, lockers o guardado y suficiente espacio en el suelo para mochilas. El dormitorio femenino recibe notas especialmente fuertes por espacio. El desayuno es una fortaleza real, especialmente los banana pancakes, y hay agua potable gratis. La ubicacion funciona bien para Hoi An: lo bastante cerca para caminar al Old Town en unos 5 a 10 minutos, pero lo bastante escondida para noches mas tranquilas. Zonas comunes, azotea, espacio de jardin, mesa de pool, juegos de mesa y charlas relajadas de desayuno hacen facil quedarse sin necesitar una configuracion hard-party.

- Las chinches han sido un problema reciente en al menos un dormitorio, con preocupaciones sobre el manejo.
- Los banos no son perfectos en todas partes; moho, desagues tapados, problemas de limpieza, poca presion y ventanas cortas de agua caliente pueden ocurrir.
- El Wi-Fi puede ser debil en habitaciones pero mejor en zonas comunes.
- Es social y cargado de actividades, pero no es un party hostel completo con escena de bar adentro.
- El estacionamiento puede no sentirse totalmente seguro para motos.
