My room had bedbugs and the staff didn’t inform us. We found out from the people who were getting bit. We found a bedbug and had to leave in the middle of the night to another hostel and they told the other girls in our room to not tell us. I did that night refunded but not the whole stay.

Facilities and how staff treated you was great. Room was great comfy beds. The only issue was there ended up being a case of bed bugs in the one room I was staying in. The way it was handled wasn’t the best after 2 reports of bed bug spotting they still kept moving people in into the same beds and it just kept repeating. I found some in my bed too and they finally shut the room down when everyone moved out. Staff still were helpful with getting all my clothes washed and a partial refund

An absolutely awesome place to stay, staff are always really happy,friendly and keen to help. Also very inclusiveness solo travellers, inviting myself to join in games of pool or pickleball/tennis. They have whole hostel meals out 'family night' which again for a dolo traveller is so nice to do to meet others and mix. Facilities are spot on, really clean, no bed bugs so mega bonus! Whole set up is social but there are quieter areas too. Overall I would 100% recommend and go back again!

Le partite di pickleball con Lucas danno a Gito Hostel la sua strana piccola scintilla sociale: abbastanza attive da riunire le persone, ancora abbastanza chill da non trasformarlo in una party machine. Le cene in famiglia sono l’altro grande ancoraggio sociale, con pasti di gruppo, tappe bar, giornate in spiaggia, bici, lezioni di caffè, tour e aiuto trasporti tutti parte dell’ecosistema pratico. L’atmosfera è calda, facile e solo-traveller friendly senza essere un ostello rumoroso tutta la notte. Nomi dello staff come Lucas, Jerry, Kyle e Shane sono legati strettamente all’esperienza: aiuto con cibo locale, sarti, bus, attività e nel far sembrare il posto insolitamente personale. Le camere sono in genere spaziose, pulite e comode, con aria condizionata forte nei dorm, tende o luci letto in alcuni letti, armadietti o storage e abbastanza spazio a terra per i bagagli. Il dorm femminile riceve voti particolarmente forti per lo spazio. La colazione è un vero punto forte, soprattutto i banana pancake, e c’è acqua potabile gratuita. La posizione funziona bene per Hoi An: abbastanza vicina per camminare fino alla Old Town in circa 5-10 minuti, ma abbastanza nascosta per notti più tranquille. Aree comuni, rooftop, giardino, biliardo, giochi da tavolo e chiacchiere rilassate a colazione rendono facile restare in giro senza bisogno di un setup hard-party.

- Le cimici da letto sono state un problema recente in almeno un dorm, con preoccupazioni sulla gestione.
- I bagni non sono perfetti ovunque; muffa, scarichi intasati, problemi di pulizia, pressione debole e finestre brevi di acqua calda possono capitare.
- Il Wi-Fi può essere debole nelle camere ma migliore nelle aree comuni.
- È sociale e pieno di attività, ma non un party hostel completo con scena bar interna.
- Il parcheggio potrebbe non sembrare completamente sicuro per le moto.
