Dream Cowork Hotel

DO NOT BOOK, BED BUGS 🚨🚨🚨 I checked in and all the sheets were stripped off but I assumed they were just doing laundry. Once I settled in for the night, a girl screamed bedbugs and there were SEVERAL HUGE LIVE ones in her bed, on the curtains and on the railings. There were bed bugs everywhere in the room and when we told staff, they just shrugged it off and said THEY KNOW. Didn't offer any help so I slept on the street at 1am. Their way of cleaning bedbugs is changing the sheets. DO NOT STAY

On arrival I was escorted to a bed filled with flying ants and a smelly bathroom with a clogged toilet. When I told the staff they seemed annoyed at me but moved me to another bed. My second bed also had ants but the staff removed them by squishing them with a neck pillow. After being in this bed for an hour a bed bug ran up the wall. I went back to staff and they moved me to a new room and said I could have a refund. In the new room the shower didn’t work. In the morning I was denied a refund.

Notre séjour à Dream Cowork Hostel était un cauchemar. L’établissement paraissait propre au premier abord mais nous avons rapidement aperçu des punaises de lit dans notre dortoir. Nous avons été piqué à plusieurs reprises et j’ai subi des infections à causes des insectes présent dans nos lits. Par ailleurs, j’ai demandé le remboursement de mes nuits ce qui selon moi est le minimum requis en guise de dédommagement mais nous avons seulement été remboursé pour 2 nuits sans le deposit Hostelworld.

After we discovered a BEDBUG under our blanket we went to the staff and informed her about it. She gave us the feeling that we were overreacting and only offered us fresh sheets which is not an effective way to get rid of them. We told her that we didn’t want to take the risk and rather wanted to change hotel because there were no rooms left. The staff was really uncooperative and only gave us a 50% refund. At least she helped us to find a driver to get to the new hotel at night.
