Dream Cowork Hotel

On arrival I was escorted to a bed filled with flying ants and a smelly bathroom with a clogged toilet. When I told the staff they seemed annoyed at me but moved me to another bed. My second bed also had ants but the staff removed them by squishing them with a neck pillow. After being in this bed for an hour a bed bug ran up the wall. I went back to staff and they moved me to a new room and said I could have a refund. In the new room the shower didn’t work. In the morning I was denied a refund.

After we discovered a BEDBUG under our blanket we went to the staff and informed her about it. She gave us the feeling that we were overreacting and only offered us fresh sheets which is not an effective way to get rid of them. We told her that we didn’t want to take the risk and rather wanted to change hotel because there were no rooms left. The staff was really uncooperative and only gave us a 50% refund. At least she helped us to find a driver to get to the new hotel at night.
