Dream Cowork Hotel

Pool and outdoor area big and good, wifi works there also well, in the room wifi does not really work. Staff all very lovely!🌞 Nooo bed bugs 🤭 it is cleaned regularly👍🏼 First 4er room (room12) was better, second 4er room (room13) toilet leaked while washing & suddenly no more curtains?

Bedbugs everywhere!!! Do not stay here!! They have a serious bedbugs problem and don’t do anything about it, even though people complaining about the bugs for months now (you can see it in the hostel chat). I told them again and the staff said they couldn’t block the room right now because they have too many reservations! The bathrooms are very dirty too, some doors are broken and the place is generally not in a good condition. The WiFi isn’t working… in a coworking space!!

Extremely disappointed. Bed bugs in my bed, eyes burning in rooms I assume because of (unsuccessful) bug spray. Most dorms have no curtain, plug or light in the bed which is shocking for the price. Unclean showers with big ants. Pool is like soup. The only good thing was the absolutely lovely hostel staff. The privates are good which is why the reviews aren’t bad but would absolutely NOT recommend if you’re staying in dorms. I was here for 4 nights and had to move 3 times for various issues.

DO NOT BOOK, BED BUGS 🚨🚨🚨 I checked in and all the sheets were stripped off but I assumed they were just doing laundry. Once I settled in for the night, a girl screamed bedbugs and there were SEVERAL HUGE LIVE ones in her bed, on the curtains and on the railings. There were bed bugs everywhere in the room and when we told staff, they just shrugged it off and said THEY KNOW. Didn't offer any help so I slept on the street at 1am. Their way of cleaning bedbugs is changing the sheets. DO NOT STAY

On arrival I was escorted to a bed filled with flying ants and a smelly bathroom with a clogged toilet. When I told the staff they seemed annoyed at me but moved me to another bed. My second bed also had ants but the staff removed them by squishing them with a neck pillow. After being in this bed for an hour a bed bug ran up the wall. I went back to staff and they moved me to a new room and said I could have a refund. In the new room the shower didn’t work. In the morning I was denied a refund.

Black mould on the roof and bed bugs. Facilities were okay, but wifi was terrible and could barely work with it

After we discovered a BEDBUG under our blanket we went to the staff and informed her about it. She gave us the feeling that we were overreacting and only offered us fresh sheets which is not an effective way to get rid of them. We told her that we didn’t want to take the risk and rather wanted to change hotel because there were no rooms left. The staff was really uncooperative and only gave us a 50% refund. At least she helped us to find a driver to get to the new hotel at night.
