Had serious bedbug problem. Staff changed the room

The host should pay serious attention to cleanliness! It is unacceptable to have BEDBUGS and mold! We were with a small child and the horror of finding a woodworm crawling next to her head was total. They were lucky that I saw this one hour before our flight.. the bathroom floor is not clean, moss remains, the whole bathroom is in mold and the water only runs when pressed or it will stop after 1 minute. That's how you wash your hands/face. The sheets are not put on the bed, apparently to check for bugs…the breakfast is extremely limited..very disappointed to stay in this place!

Got bitten by bed bugs really badly. Watch out!

Después de esperar a las dos para hacer el checking y pido si es posible pocas personas. Joan me da habitación femenina con solo dos ichicas más, y me dice que puedo darme con un canto en los dientes, que si quiero una suite con menos personas que la pague (a 86€). Subo a la habitación y está sucia, pues se fue un grupo dejando todas las sábanas y toallas sucias en las camas, porquerías en el suelo y el baño y como veinte botellas de agua vacías tiradas por la habitación. Bajo a recepción y me cambia la habitación, pero está vez me dice que está llena , entonces le pido cama baja y me dice que eso no es posible, que el prefiere cama alta y se duerme más cómodo una vez te acostumbras. Subo de nuevo a la habitación sucia a buscar mis cosas y subo a la nueva habitación,y solo hay tres chicas, y la cama baja está libre y al intentar abrir el cajón de mi cama alta donde dejar mis cosas, resulta que está roto, así que vuelvo a bajar a recepción y Joan me cambia a la cama baja. Vuelvo a subir y las cortinas están rotas por lo que no se puede cerrar no descansar porque entra luz, y la luz del baño está rota también. Luego el aire acondicionado a tope lo quito y a las tres horas las chicas, que solo hablaban inglés lo vuelven a encender. Desde las diez a las 4.h am el aire a tope. Me levanté al baño con signos de dolor de garganta, y al regresar me comienzan a picar unos bichos en las manos(chinches). Rápidamente cojo las sábanas y las retiro y bajo a recepción a informar y el señor muy majo me da la alternativa de cambio de habitación, sino de sábanas. Opto por cambiar de sábanas porque estaba muy cansada . A las siete y media el grupo ya estaba haciendo ruido y pude dormir dos horas. Al marcharme de allí me dió un mareo a medio camino y sigo en cama con dolor de cabeza, garganta y tengo las picaduras de recuerdo.

Uncomfortable bed that had bed bug

Yo había reservado una habitación individual con baño dentro. Aparecía una foto con dos camas hechas (no literas) una habitación cuca. La realidad fue que me dieron una habitación de 8 literas y me dijeron que así era el tetris, que estaría yo sola. Me dieron las sábanas y toallas para hacerme yo la cama. La habitación no estaba limpia (tuve que andar descalza y en 10 segundos tenía los pies negros y con suciedad), y la ventana de la habitación no se podía cerrar (pomo roto). Además, al ser una habitación de 8 literas, había olores. Las paredes tenían restos de "haber matado a bichitos" y había muchos insectos revoloteando. He descubierto que ERAN CHINCHES y adjunto foto. Además, al día siguiente tenía el BRAZO CON PICADURAS DE CHINCHE. No me hizo falta, pero el aire acondicionado (que se suponía que había) no funcionaba. Me quejé en recepción, pues yo había pagado 100 euros la noche (más los 4 euros de taxa turística) y eso no se parecía nada a lo que yo había reservado en la foto. Como mínimo, me tenían que haber avisado. No es un buen sitio para viajar solo, esta SÚCIO, con CHINCHES y es EXCESIVAMENTE CARO. Una verguenza.

I think this was a pretty clean and convenient hostel and the staff was very kind to me. There aare a few things to note- "Youth" hostel means actual achool age children will be here seemingly on trips, so if that bothers you keep that in mind. Also there ended up being a fairly large infestation of bed bugs while I was staying here. This can happen anywhere and isnt necessarily their fault, but it is worth the reminder to check your mattress before you sleep and unpack your belongings.

Es gibt Bettwanzen und Ungeziefer. Personal an der Rezeption ist extrem frech. Personal an der Rezeption lügt und ist sehr arrogant.

Warning: We had bedbugs and even saw them on the wall. The staff was very friendly and after we showed them our stiches they gave us another private room. It seemed like it wasn‘t the first time people had trouble with that. The air in our first room was terrible and the ac wasn‘t working or really loud. We couldn‘t open the window. The breakfast was ok, but barely no vegan options.
