    I don’t really get why this property doesn’t have a bigger rating. For the money that you pay, it’s more than decent. We stayed here for 1 night, and we didn’t have any problems.

    Jan 7, 2024 내용 추가 아고다에서 부분 환불 관련으로 수차례 연락 시도했으나 묵묵부답 중인 본사. 구글 리뷰에 대한 답변은 문제 해결을 위해 노력하겠다했지만 실상은 계속 문제 회피, 무책임 그 자체. 늦은 저녁에 비엔나 도착 다음날 오전에 다른 도시로 이동이라 잠만 잘 생각으로 비교적 숙박비가 저렴한 호스텔로 선택, 이 호스텔의 아고다 리뷰가 준수한 편이라 여기에서 1박을 결정. 체크인 후 방에 들어가자마자 경악. 청소가 전혀 되어있지 않았음. 청소를 대충한 게 아니라 아예 누락된 방이었음. 1. 침대 시트 위와 베개 밑에 과자 부스러기들 2. 비어지지 않은 쓰레기통 3. 정돈되지않은 침대 시트 4. 화장실엔 이전 이용자가 사용한 수건이 그대로.. 5. 사진에 있던 커튼마저 없어서 다른방에서 우리방이 훤히 보임. (안쓰는 방을 그냥 준거 아닐까 의심이 조금 됨.) 방을 확인 후 리셉션에 가서 방 교체를 요청했지만 풀부킹이라 불가능하다는 이야기를 들었음. 차선책으로 방청소를 요청했지만 하우스키퍼가 퇴근했다는 이유로 그마저도 거절당했음. 침대 시트랑 수건 줄테니 스스로 갈아서 사용하라는 말을 들었음. 참고로 공짜로 이용하는거 아니고 숙박비 지불함^^ 나는 비위가 굉장히 좋은 편인데도 거기서 잘 수가 없다고 판단했고 주변 다른 호텔을 찾아봤지만 크리스마스시즌+주말이라 모두 솔드아웃상태. 내가 할 수 있는 건 중앙역에서 노숙하거나 더러운 방을 사용하거나 두개 뿐이었음. 노숙할 수 없으니 어쩔 수 없이 다시 그 방에 들어가서 의자에 앉아서 밤샜음. 첨부한 사진과 같은 상태라 머리대고 잘 수 조차 없었기때문. 해당 건으로 본사에 컴플레인 넣고 환불 요청했지만, 전체 환불은 거절되었고 부분 환불은 답변 기다리는 중으로 아직 해결되지 않은 상태. 유럽 내 8개국 20도시를 여행하며 호스텔 이용을 꽤 많이 해봤지만 불편함을 겪은 상황에 대해 미안함의 말도 해결도 없는 이렇게 무책임한 곳은 처음 봤음. 돈내고 이런 경험을 하다니... 진심으로 겁나 화나고 속상하고 대환장파티였음. January 7, 2024 Agoda tried to contact a&o hostel several times regarding a partial refund, but there was no response. The answer to the Google review I wrote said they would try to solve the problem Realistically, problem avoidance, irresponsibility itself. I stayed at your hotel from Dec for a night. When I entered the room right after check in, I found out the room had not been cleaned at all. There were a lot of crumbs on the bed, and the duvet on the bunk bed was not arranged at all. Furthermore, the towels hung in the bathroom seemed like used by previous guest. I told to a reception staff about the room condition (which was not very pleasant) and asked to change it to a new one. However, she said that it's impossible because the hotel was full booked at that night. So I asked her at least to clean the room but it was rejected as well. The staff said that the housekeeper had left the hotel and the only thing she could do for me was to provide new bed sheets and towels. Of course, I was told to change the bad sheets by myself. I was super disappointed at her appropriate and irresponsible action. I was trying to move to another hotel nearby but all of them were full booked as well. So I had no choice but to sit on a chair in the dirty room all night. I definitely paid for accommodation including service. However, the staff assigned me the uncleaned room and didn't do anything to provide me with proper service.

    Always double check the reviews on Google, the Hostelworld ones are always inflated for some reason. Pretty horrible service at the hostel and they definitely do not clean the rooms often. Also lockers aren't free...
