Bettwanzen

We had a family room with bunk beds. Our eldest daughter slept on the bottom bunk and was woken in the night saying she thought she could see bugs in her bed. As it was hot and there was no air con, we had the window open so thought it was mosquitos but in the morning, we found bed bugs in and around the bottom bunk! A couple of days later loads of bites appeared all over her body which looked terrible (I have photos) and were incredibly itchy to the point where it had a negative impact on the rest of her holiday. We told the lady on reception as we left but not sure she understood the importance of what we were saying. I hope the message translated and the room wasn't booked out to anyone else after us. This is certainly not what anyone would expect to find when booking into a hotel and it was shocking to see the bugs in the bed. We hope the problem is resolved quickly so that it doesn't impact any other guests like it did with us.

Les 25 piqûres que j ai eu après 2 nuits chez VOUS ! J'espère sincèrement pas que c est des punaises de lit !!!!

We hadden bedwantsen behalve dat dat veel stress oplevert is het ook zeer ongemakkelijk kleding en kussens weggegooid en ook de knuffels van de kleinkinderen. Zalf en pillen gehad tegen de beten die verschrikkelijk jeuken en na 3 weken nog aanwezig zijn.

Grosse déception sur la présence de punaises de lit dans notre première chambre ! Après avoir été déplacé dans une autre chambre, celle-ci n'était pas climatisée, et le volet était cassé (ne s'ouvrait pas). Petit déjeuner non compris et pas de service de restauration les soirs où nous étions là.
