Bed bugs im complaining

Bathroom tiny TV didn't work No kettle Bedbugs found in the bed. Staff didn't seem bothered. Didn't stay, checked out

J'ai l'habitude de séjourner dans cet hôtel, mais cette fois ci j'ai eu droit à beaucoup de punaises de lit sur le matelas Ils doivent désinfecter les chambres je pense ! Ma salle de bain était beaucoup plus petite que habituellement

Bed Bugs. Was bitten so much from staying here. The out of hours access is round the back & through fire escape which is a bit dodgy of you’re a woman staying alone.

It was filthy. Old toenail clippings and hair on the floor and in the shower. Toilet was cramped, door handle broken so couldn’t shut the bathroom door, room not as pictured - it was very run down and had strange stains on the sheets. We all woke up with strange bug bites on our legs. No extra room key and no staff after 10pm-ish.

We had to leave the same day we checked in. There are bed bugs in the hotel. Still haven’t received refund or even a reply from customer service or the hotel itself about refund. Terrible facilities, terrible service. Rooms are dirty, showers are dirty, loud pub on the ground floor. You don’t wanna stay there.

Room was tiny despite booking a 'large double, was dirty and dated.No hot water and shower was mouldy. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and we ended up with bites from bedbugs/ fleas and the place stank of cat pee. Only stayed because we arrived late and had evening events planned leaving us no time to find elsewhere....AVOID!!!

When we arrived back to the hotel after the concert we noticed the double bed base was very wonky and not lining flush, and when I went to sit on it creaked horribly. We ended up sleeping on the two single beds as it was just for the one night so this wasn’t the end of the world.

Avoid this establishment at all costs. The property is in an awful condition and deserves to be closed. Our experience was so horrendous, I hardly know where to begin. Upon arrival, our room was accessible only via a fire exit. The room was uncomfortably warm, with faulty electrical outlets, a malfunctioning bathroom door, visible mold in the shower, and mouse traps in the hallways. Our dismay grew that night when we discovered bed bugs. Attempts to contact the property failed since, being a pub, they closed at 11 pm. Shockingly, no emergency contact number was provided. Left with no option, we had to search for another hotel around midnight, forcing us to travel a significant distance. When we approached the property the next morning about a refund, they brushed us off, suggesting we deal with booking.com instead. No apology was given, and their demeanor was dismissive. They even thought it appropriate to switch to speaking in another language in front of us. Pursuing a refund was a month-long ordeal. When booking.com intervened, the owner denied the bed bug allegations, but thankfully, we had evidence to prove otherwise. In summary, I strongly advise against staying here
