Le 55 Montparnasse Hotel

My colleague had to stay extra days in Paris due to airport strike and flight reschedule. The hotel she stayed was fully booked, so she moved to this one. What a nightmare! She found a bed bug when went to sleep and immediately ran down to the reception. Night shift manager barely spoke English, and after some time of discussion he moved her to another room. The room was noisy because of the elevator shaft behind the wall. And she didn’t sleep whole night. She moved out to another hotel first thing in the morning. The hotel only refunded following nights booked, not the one spent with bedbugs, receptionist and elevator.

In der Unterkunft waren Bettwanzen und Kakerlaken. Ich habe dies sofort nach dem Check-In beim Portier reklamiert und er konnte mir kein anderes Zimmer anbieten. Daher bin ich direkt wieder ausgecheckt. Der Portier vesprach mir eine Erstattung meiner Zahlung und gab mir dies sogar schriftlich, jedoch könne er die Erstattung nicht direkt durchführen. Seit dem meldet sich die Unterkunft nicht mehr auf meine Anfragen und eine Erstattung habe ich nicht bekommen. Sehr unbefriedigend!
