Reseña completaI was charged twice for my stay. On my card and then was told to pay cash on my arrival. When I tried to get the charge reversed I could not get through and Booking.com did not help me at all.

Reseña completaThe staff were fabulous! Very friendly, very helpful, and very kind My blanket was literally an old curtain. The sheets, though clean, are covered with stains. A man stole my bed by the time I got in, and the facilities barely work. The shower is dirty and got broken in the "on" position, the toilet paper dispenser kept falling off the wall.

If you like cold showers and lumpy spring mattresses being extorted for more money and having to tell management that you need toilet paper all the time then this might be your comfort level..There wasn't any garbage cans in the rooms and the locks for your storage don't lock.

Let me start by saying I worked with a booking.com agent to get a single room as I have a disability,when I got at the hostel at 9pm there was no buzz code and I had to yell to get someone.Once I had checked in and was getting my room settled the manager said I needed to pay an additional 70.00 for the week and after some arguing I paid the difference. Another knock an hour later and the manager said I need to pay 70 a night to stay in the room. I told him they were extorting me and this was wrong. If you like cold showers and lumpy spring mattresses being extorted for more money and having to tell management that you need toilet paper all the time then this might be your comfort level..There wasn't any garbage cans in the rooms and the locks for your storage don't lock. It didn't have any place to hang your towels or cloths and the dormitory rooms were not very clean..Like the add says there is breakfast..that is far from the truth the kitchen looks like a restaurant but it is only for the family that owns it.When using the lobby the entire family would occupy the tables and chairs. I think the hostel is more for Mexicans living or working there. Also don't expect towels or extra sheets unless you pay for them. I have been in other hostels before and this ranks as my number 1 worst

Hostel Enjoy vallarta19 es una opción muy básica y de bajo costo en Puerto Vallarta con su caso más fuerte en la ubicación: cerca de la playa, el supermercado Ley, la comida local, la calle México, y accesible a pie al Malecón o la Zona Romántica dependiendo de su tolerancia para un paseo más largo. Está junto a una calle muy transitada, así que el ruido del tráfico puede durar hasta tarde o toda la noche. La cubierta de la azotea es la característica más útil. Da al albergue un lugar al aire libre para sentarse y cocinar, aunque la cocina puede ser pequeña, escasa, desordenada o afectada por la construcción. El personal puede ser cálido y útil, especialmente Omar, Anna, Sara y el personal de la mañana. Hay elementos de valor práctico como cajas de cerraduras, una puerta de entrada cerrada después de las horas, lavandería cercana y una parada de autobús del aeropuerto / terminal de autobuses en el frente. El lugar también puede sentirse vacío o más como una vivienda local a largo plazo que un albergue social.
