Travel & Live Hostel

Although the staff was very friendly I would not recommend staying here as I found bed bugs within an hour of laying in my bed. Staff was very accommodating though and did not hesitate to give me a refund.

Good value but there were looots of stains on every single mattress in the green room. Wasn't bitten by bedbugs but the stains did look like blood drops/bedbug stains. Also very noisy at night. Otherwise the price point is very low and the bathrooms/kitchen are quite nice.

The staff and the location were perfect. I stayed there only for one night and during the night time I saw bed bugs and woke up with a LOOOT of BED BUG BITES. Other than that the storage space was very squeaky and I had an early flight, so the other guests might’ve bothered.

Good hostel in great location, staff was really friendly and overall atmosphere was good. Unfortunately I was bitten by BED BUGS on my last night. Really shame since the hostel seamed clean.

Everything was perfect. The location, staff, rooms... It was clean and i felt safe in my room. There were no bed bugs. And also they had lockers.💙💙 10/10

Really nice hostel, very clean and in a perfect location in the city center. However, we experienced several bed bug bites and asked them to carry out a professional treatment, but we received no response.

BED BUGS!! dirty!! staff was kind but that doesn’t make up for the lack of cleanliness! NO Ac, the only source of air flow comes from the window.

Das Hostel an sich ist voll okay. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle super freundlich und auch die Atmosphäre im Hostel war gut. Allerdings gab es in dem 8-Betten Gemischtsaal Bettwanzen...

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und geräumig in Top Lage. Die Rezeption ist nur von 12:00 bis 20:00 Uhr besetzt. Leider habe ich an dort viele Stiche oder Bisse bekommen, evtl. durch Bettwanzen o.ä. Die Atmosphäre war wenig sozial.

I stayed in October and I got bed bugs. I wanted to message the property before leaving a review about this but they did not get back to me. Just beware

Es gab Bettwanzen und ich wurde von meinem privat Zimmer in ein Dorm gepackt. 33€ für ein geteiltes, unbequemes Zimmer. Der Hotelmanager/ Mitarbeiter war Ultra unfreundlich und sehr streng. Das war eine reinste Bruchbude!

Das Hostel ist super zentral gelegen. Leider sind die Betten und Bettkästen nicht sauber- ich habe Bettwanzen gesehen- und niemanden der hier regelmäßig richtig sauber macht- würde hier nicht wieder herkommen- das es der Ärger mit Kleidung- Gepäck etc nicht wert.

Bed bugs

The location of the hostel was great. Staff were nice, the facilities were fine and the room seemed ok. However, I have never been bitten so much in my life than the bed bugs I got from my bad. I'm eaching absolutely everwhere after spending 2 nights there. The beds must be incredibley infected by them, I've got bites all up my arms and legs and hands, extremely itchy and irritating.

Don’t get me wrong the staff here are lovely and it’s in a great location but it has bed bugs ! It’s been a few days since my stay here and I’m still suffering. I’ve disinfected my whole bag and got everything I own washed but I’m still coming up with bumps everywhere! Until the issue is sorted I couldn’t recommend staying here !

I had bed bugs in my bed.

The most terrible experience of all my life. We had bedbugs in our room, they completely overrun all my luggage and stuff. I had bites all over my body and It took me a lot of money and time to disinfect everything. Unbelievable.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - BED BUGS IN ROOMS AND NO A/C

We went there and it seemed nice, after the first night they took off the top bunks mattresses and then after like the second night the person I was travelling noticed these bites which we thought were mosquito bites but they were itchier than usual and we didn’t see any during our trip. The person I was travelling with woke up one night and noticed there were bugs coming from under the mattress climbing thru the walls…. We immidieattely knew they were BED BUGS and we didn’t even receive a refund of our sta

Hostel was okay, although they had bed bugs, but the real problem was that whomever was suppose to send me my wallet (passports, cash and all) which I forgot in the locker ended up stealing it. I was given no tracking number, shown no receipt, and just given a run around when asking about it. All in all, okay hostel, terrible staff, lack of responsibility, bed bugs in the shared dorm.
