   Overall the hostel was lovely. I did have an incident with another person staying in the hostel where I caught them going through my wallet trying to steal all my cash. I left for two minutes to brush my teeth thank god I caught him. Luckily the other people in the hostel were helpful and supportive. And especially Hannah the receptionist who was great at handing the situation calmly and professionally. She was a real help and removed the guy from the hostel and moved me to a more secure room

   Very disappointing stay. The room was extremely dirty, with insects, and the mattress and pillow were greasy and dusty. The shared bathrooms were also not clean. Staff forgot to give me the entrance code, leaving me locked outside at night. The dorm had no lock and there was a lot of street noise, making it hard to sleep. I would not stay here again.

   Avoid this hostel if you dont want your trip ruined. Ripped off by unprofessional, random staff, Poorly manager Absolutely nothing to like. This was the worst hostel experience we’ve ever had. We had booked a private room with a shared bathroom for three nights through Booking.com and had fully paid in advance. However, when we arrived at the hostel late at night, we were told there was a “system error” and the hostel never received our booking. They claimed the issue was Booking.com’s fault and that they had no available rooms. At first, they said they could offer us a bed in a mixed dormitory, but after checking, they found even that was full. Then they suggested we stay in a female-only dorm, which I refused since I am a male, and it would be completely inappropriate and uncomfortable to share a room with sleeping women who were unaware of my presence. We explained repeatedly that we had paid for a private room and that it was their responsibility to provide it. The staff on duty looked confused and stressed. Eventually, he brought in another tall man who spoke fluent English. Instead of helping, he was rude and dismissive. He admitted the booking was fully paid but said, “It’s a system issue on Booking.com’s side. It happens.” He insisted that the only options were to stay in the female dorm or sleep in an under-construction storage room on the floor. I said that this was unacceptable, especially when we had booked and paid for a private room. But he kept repeating: “You should be grateful we even opened the door. If we didn’t, what could you have done?” He spoke rudely, shouted, and refused to take responsibility, saying: “Don’t ask me. I’m not an employee. We’re all freelancers.” Eventually, with no choice, we were forced to sleep in the unfinished storage room, where they gave us a mattress and a sheet on the floor. There was no fan or ventilation, and it was not suitable for guests in any way. Avoid this hostel if you dont want your trip ruined.    worst hostel I have stayed in. Check in took a very long time as they had overbooked our room. Staff was rude and claimed they didnt know anything cause they were "only volunteers". We got a worse room for a small price difference and the room was dirty when we arrived. The toilets were dirty and most of them were out of toilet paper in the evenings. several toilets/showers had broken lock so you couldnt lock them. One of the staff opened our door twice without knocking.
